Lady working the phone is unpleasant
Consistently delicious bagels. I live in a neighboring town with its own bagel shop, but go out of my way to come to Rivervale Bagels, since they're SOOO much better.

If the lady behind the counter actualy cared about the custener it would be incrrdible i cant remember a time i went there told her what i want then she ask me to repeat my order 5 times the only thing she dosent screw up is putting the cash in the draw EVERYTHING ELSE SHE FUCKS UP

I’ve tried all the local places and this place continues to be the best.
Bagels were decent, but the taylor ham sandwhiches are consistently skimpy and way over-priced at almost $6 per sandwhich. Also, customer serivice is lacking on call-in orders.
