My 90-year-old parents went there with a coupon. The waitress there gave them such a hard time about using the coupon and which meal they needed to order in order to use the discounted coupon. She also complained about the tip that my 93-year-old dad left, saying that, it should’ve been the full amount of the bill excluding the $20 discounted coupon. I have never heard of anything in my life this woman should be fired. How dare she question a 93-year-old man on how much tip he leaves her this is appalling.

Took a party of 6 out last night for my wife’s birthday .. place was jammed.. with all those people food came out on time , service was great, food was great and the prices are reasonable in todays crazy world . They are good at what they do! Highly recommend!

I've never had a waitress or waiter tell me that the total of the check is blah blah blah and that does not include tip, what wait staff brings up a tip at the same exact time of giving the check, she came back 5 minutes later and the credit card was not out yet and she said the total plus tip again, seriously? We normally tip 20 to 25%, this definitely cost her 10% and she received 15% of the bill before tax!Now we can talk about the food, if you like your breading on your chicken cutlet Palm to be six times the thickness of your chicken cutlet then this place is perfect for you, if you like your tomato sauce to taste like oregano and so strong that you cannot taste any tomatoes then this place is perfect for you, I wanted to like this place so bad, I overlooked the bad service from the waitress until she brought up the tip the second time, but I cannot continue to go to a restaurant where the food is just so underwhelming I see that a lot of people do give this place a decent rating, I wonder how many of those people are sitting at the bar getting a half a load on before the experience what the food tastes like, I'm a foodie, not a drinker, this place was not for me no matter how bad I wanted it to work out, I don't have any pictures of the food because I didn't want to remember it, I would have totally forgotten about this place however it keeps popping up on my phone to give a review so now I can truly forget about this place

This was our 1st and last time here. We ordered from the bar menu. My husband had the steak sandwich and I had the veal parm. Both were so tough that the knife could barely cut the meat. Additionally, it took forever for the bartenders to serve us. I waited over 15 minutes with an empty wine glass in front of me. Horrible service!!!

I recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at Fratellos. Everything, from my first phone call to moment we left, was excellent. The event menu is extensive, there are many options for your party. There is a lovely room in the back to celebrate privately. The food was delicious, and they accommodated dietary needs. The service was exceptional! The staff were attentive, pleasant and anticipated every need. It was a Friday night, and there was a live band in the front. Thank you Fratellos for making my husband’s birthday so special! I will definitely go back for dinner.
The restaurant is cute from the outside. We arrived an hour before our reservation, however they were able to seat us right away. Those were the positives. The bread was burnt. The appetizer special was small and bland. I ordered chicken fingers and fries for my kids. The chicken fingers were mostly burnt except for one which they split between the two plates. They received sweet potato fries even though we ordered regular fries. Our entrees looked amazing and almost redeemed the entire experience until I found a 4” long hair in my food which I left on my credit card receipt. The menu was pricey so I had higher expectations. My daughter complained about her stomach on our way home and then threw up in the car.

Went on Restaurant week & ordered special filet mignon which was more like slice steak & not a real filet mignon. Paid more to order this special but should have ordered from reg menu! Basically a pasta restaurant!
