Had a wonderful experience! It was my first time at Nothing Bundt Cakes. I’ve always heard good things about their delicious cakes. Welp.. they did not disappoint! I was greeted at the door by a smile and a warm welcome by STEF. While I was in line she directed me to their free samples that were amazing! After tasting the sample I wanted to buy all the cakes. When I got to the counter she took her time and explained all the cakes to me, which was extremely helpful. She was very kind in assisting with my purchase. I will definitely be returning to a store closer to me. Thank you Stef!

My experience today was absolutely amazing! it was my first time placing an order over the phone for a 10 inch Bundt Cake for a retirement party at work, Steph was soooo helpful and nice on the phone explaining all my options in flavors and when I got to the store everyone there was extremely nice, I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL. This location is full of unprofessional, immature, employees. I've visited back in March and this weekend and both times I felt like I was being judged and discriminated from the moment I walked in. Please get rid of all of the employees and start off fresh. These terrible employees are the reason this location will eventually close permanently.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS BUNDT CAKES! I had their strawberry Bundt cake and carrot Bundt cake for the first time yesterday. They both tasted AMAZING! They were so moist, and the cream cheese icing was delicious! I wish they had a variety of frostings as they do cakes even thought I love their cream cheese icing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nothing Bundt Cakes in Shrewsbury!

I was given the wrong cake. Drove to towns to get home and noticed it was incorrect. They didn't even seem apologetic andDidn't even offer a free little minibundt cake to make up for it. That small gesture would have made the difference from a one rating to a five!

These cakes are one of the best things I've ever had from any bakery! I go here regularly about once every 2 or months or so. This week they brought back my favorite, the Oreo bundlet, which is just awesome! They are not just flavored with Oreo, but they actually have pieces of Oreo in them! If you love Oreo's like I do, then you will love this limited flavor! They don't have this flavor all the time, so I bought six of them. All the flavors of these bundt cakes are amazing! They are all so delicious! We got a whole bundt cake for Mother's Day this year in Raspberry White Chocolate and it was so yummy! Prior to that I had only had the bundlets and bundtini's, which are so good! Don't miss this bakery!

Amazing place. I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and get these cakes for my offices, my own family parties, you name it. EVERY CAKE IN EVERY FLAVOR is nothing short of magical. The staff is kind, sweet and attentive! You can’t get better!

NEVER COME HERE!!! I went in here at 11:50 on 3/31. I previously placed an order online for two bundlets but forgot to pick up the order because I did not receive any confirmation email or text. (Yet I was not refunded for this order) i could completely understand this policy if it was a custom cake order (if they had called me to let me know) but these are items they have in stock daily. I had to argue with them over the phone to get them to still let me pick up my bundtlets that I rightfully paid for.As soon as I said my name at the counter the girl’s expression on her face instantly changed as she must have been the one I was speaking with on the phone yesterday. After that she could not be any more rude. She once again informed me that the bundlets need to be canceled 24 hours in advance for the future. I explain to her that I did not want to cancel the order I just forgot to pick it up and I did not receive any email confirmation. She said that I received a phone call from them at the end of the day that I needed to pick up the cake. I said I never received that phone call. She proceeded to argue with me in front of the entire store which had about 7 people in it at the time, causing a scene, INSISTING that they called me. I got to the car and double checked my phone and there is NO RECORD of said phone call. Not to mention, if they had actually called me, wouldnt I have cancelled the order over the phone with them rather than just not showing up??? But no, according to her they ALWAYS call which means they DEFINITELY called me. I guess she’s never heard of a mistake happening.I’m not really sure what happened to “the customer is always right” policy but it definitely does not apply here. I usually come here all the time but I don’t care to be treated that poorly by a small business I am trying to support by simply buying products. I am astonished by this treatment, and she has completely ruined my day. Not to mention that she could have simply proceeded to let me purchase my items and leave, but instead she chose to start an argument in the middle of the store.

La-la-love these cakes that is why NBC has been my go-to for treats for many years including this Mother's Day. However when picking up my pre-paid order, I was directed away from the store, as it was open only for "shopping", to a different location where other patrons were lined up outside in stormy weather and being helped from a fold up table which seperated the employees, who were inside and warm and dry (rightfully so), and kept the customers outside in the rain during the whole process. So, the main store is open, and basically empty, for shopping purposes but your dedicated customers who already paid are kept standing outside in the rain? Not cool. This could have been planned for and managed better in several different ways given the resources at hand in this day and age. Though the cakes are delightful, nothing reflects your brand more than how you treat fellow human beings. Will I be coming back? Not any time soon as there are many other bakeries that have processes in place to properly manage high demand for holidays in a professional manner with their customers' well-being and experience at the forefront.

I’ve been to this bakery several times and never had a problem. I love it so much that I decided to order a cake and bundtinis for my birthday. I live about 45 minutes from the bakery, drove all the way there to pick it up, get home and my cake is missing it’s decorations that we paid for :(Carly was soooo nice and helpful after I let them know. She called me and said she would drive over a new decorated cake and even brought me an extra surprise. I could not be any more thankful, and this really made up for what happened earlier!! Thank you Carly :)))
