Long wait, which was understandable because they had a promotion and were busy. However, this photo I am posting, is of their Chicken cutlet Cesar salad sandwich and it only had 3 strands of Romain lettuce!!!! What?!?!? Where is the rest of the lettuce?!?!? Also, I asked for pickles, peppers and mayo on the side for 2 other sandwiches I ordered and there was NO mayo and only enough pickles and peppers for 1 sandwich. I also asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half and that didn’t happen. I understand they were busy, but this is unacceptable.

i didn’t expect stale bread, especially with neon sign flashing “fresh baked bread” … i was hoping for hoagie but i guess i’ll pretend it’s bah mi sandwiches ( which stale bread is expected )

Ordered sandwiches for 5:40pm. My son went to get them at 6:15pm but was told “they weren’t ready”. I went back at 7:25 and was told they STILL weren’t ready. They finally found them in an unlabeled bag. Very disorganized

The food is ridiculously overpriced and they also charge over a $1.85 for a .35 cent bag a chips it seems like since Covid everybody is forced to pay absurd prices for poor quality

I am from out of town and this is the third time ordering when I’m in town visiting Each time I have placed an order online and picked up it has never been right from this Swedesboro NJ location I am originally from NJ and have ordered from other locations with any issues in the past. Something was wrong with my order every time. The order I placed today I requested pickles hot and sweet peppers on the side. My husband drove 25 mins to pick up and of course when he got back they were not in bag. I called to advise the store that again my order was not right and was advise sarcastically “what do you want me to do about it?” This infuriated me because these sandwiches are expensive and customers should only expect the best being from Primos I told him I was It’s not like I’m around the corner to go pick up the sides and that they need to be more diligent to be sure the orders are correct before leaving the store Especially with online orders that it’s all truly in black and white These nothing worst than having a craving for something and then not being able to satisfy it along with paying for it and never receiving it.
