Worst customer service. EVER!Placed an order for a call ahead for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party at school on Wednesday for Friday..Called to confirm the day prior.(Thursday) They said all is good order will be delivered between 11:15-11:30 on Friday.Got a call from my daughter’s school that at 11:40 the pizza did not arrive. When I contacted the pizzeria they said there was an incorrect date on the slip. They assured me the pizza would be sent asap. I informed the gentleman I spoke to that this was for a 2 yr olds bday and they are on a strict schedule. I also request due to their incompetence to be contacted upon arrival. Yet again, failed to come through. The teacher at school notified me that the pizzas did arrive, however by the time they did all of the children were sleeping. None of them ate lunch as the classes parents were informed not to bring lunch as it would be provided.. how embarrassing for a parent. The gentleman on the phone could care less. Thank you for ruining my daughter’s birthday party!!! I will spread the word to all not to order from pizza and panini again! Terrible!

My wife called on Wednesday to order two pies to be delivered to my daughter’s daycare on Friday at 11:30. We paid up front on Wednesday. My wife even called on Thursday to confirm that everything was set up and good to go. Friday comes and guess what, the two pies were never delivered. After multiple calls they finally delivered the pizza. My wife specifically asked for a call to let her know the pizzas were delivered. That never happened. And by the time the pies were delivered, the kids were already down for their nap as they are two year olds. Safe to say we will never order food from this place again.

The mozzarella sticks are better at Burger King .... Absolutely horrific mozzarella sticks zero cheese pull and just outright hard as a rock, the pizza is mediocre AT BEST and prices are restaurant status, seems to be a Mexican hang out place in the kitchen area which can explain the lack of quality from all the food. Oh and the wings were absolutely horrible, I'm not trying to bash this place I just wanted people to know how horrid the food is. Mozzarella sticks, wings, and pizza all absolutely trash 1/10. Wraps are decent but it's a wrap it's not that serious.... Everything else is just an embarrassment. Over $75 for one pie, one order of wings, one order of rock hard mozzarella sticks and a salad. Could've went to Applebee's or TGI

Wow! Great service and amazing pizza. They are generous with their topping portions and it’s always fresh and delicious. I order delivery all the time and I never have to wait long!!!
Food is great. Been coming here for years, but the turnover in help is consistent. Even so much so I usually make my own salad the way I want it and the employees don’t even know how to put it on the system anymore. I’ve been making a salad the same way since 2016. They need to train their employees. I had to go somewhere else to eat this week because they couldn’t place my order! And issue the past two times I came. I’ll be back for other items , but clearly not what I would like to go for. Train your staff. Also, wearing gloves would be nice since they touch our food and then money and the register. Disappointed with the past few visits.

Very friendly staff, have ordered a pizza before and really good and the Panini I ordered came in a reasonable timing, delicious and will come back again
I got a panini with mozzarella, roasted peppers, and a fried chicken cutlet with pesto bowtie pasta. It was excellent. Definitely liked the vibe inside. Would like to go back and try their pizza.
