The place is very clean and has a nice bright look. The food is average, I would have liked a little more sauce on my pie and I felt the crust was just ok. They forgot part of my order but were quick to correct it when it was pointed out. However, I also over heard someone else complain about a mistake in this order so unfortunately this may be a common occurrence. Ordered a regular pie (not thin-crust) for a work function in downtown Trenton. Pizza was delivered hot, and it stayed HOT, until we were ready to eat. Crust was airy, tender, and the cheese was real milk cheese, abundant, and yummy-gooey. Will order from Covello’s again!
