I went in to get a sweet treat and was delighted by the service AND the flavor. The funnel fries and fried oreos were burning hot. Not many places offer these carnival desserts and it was beyond a pleasant experience. The manager was very thorough in explaining the menu and double checking my order. He was also incredible personable and delightful and explained the history of the location. I got the original and peanut butter fried oreos and they were thoroughly battered and delicious. Overall, an affordable delicious treat that is reminiscent of a childhood faire or beach vacay. (Also the decor was wonderful!)

The best Fried Whiting i had since I was a kid. Definitely taste the love in the fish. My only place I will ever go, 4 pieces lasts me 2 meals. Yes, they are definitely that big. I love everything about this place, great parking, awesome family friendly atmosphere, excellent service and clean. Take out or dine in. The portions are amazing for today's prices. We live 40 minutes away driving & i would walk it if I had to..🤷‍♂️🤣
Definitely check this establishment out for yourself and let me know if I'm crazy..🤔
I promise you'll find something there you will like. My wife RAVES about the Corndogs, not my thing tho..

Was in Philadelphia for the weekend and food was so good, we went back. Met the owner the first time. She spent the time to go through the menu and provide recommendations. Second time, owner was not there, but the staff was just as courteous.

They also do a lot of inspiring community work.

Absolutely amazing food, you cannot find a better Coney Island hotdog (chili, chess & onion with Dat sauce) anywhere. Onion rings, I've never had better. Staff is always excellent and such a positive vibe place. The owner's do so much for communities. It's a must try for all ages and guaranteed you'll be glad you did!!

As someone who has lived in the Voorhees area for some time now, I often explore local restaurants and shops, always eager to support small businesses—especially those within our community. My husband and I had plans to try Girl with a Grill last year, but unfortunately, they were closed during our visit. Today, I finally had the chance to stop by.

First, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The cashier/waitress was extremely pleasant, and I believe I had a brief interaction with the owner, who was just as friendly. The inside was cozy, and I appreciated the option to enjoy my meal outdoors, where there was plenty of space.

However, when it came to the food, I was a bit let down. I ordered a combo meal, totaling $14.66, which included a beef hot sausage and fries. Sadly, the hotdog was a very small, shriveled-up piece of beef sausage—clearly microwaved, based on its rubbery texture and appearance. As we all know, the microwave isn’t a hotdog’s best friend. The fries were also sparse, leaving me underwhelmed overall.

I genuinely love supporting Black-owned businesses and was really rooting for this one. While I may not rush back based on this first impression, if my husband decides to give them a try, I’d be willing to return and sample something different.

Here’s hoping for growth and better execution in the future.
