Just had a really bad experience I bout tenders I wasn't given sauce and now I am home bbq will have to do and I asked for it several times this sucks

I waited about 10 minutes online then when ordered it took about 2 minutes to give me my food I wasn't given a receipt no sauce that I specifically asked for chicken tenders with no sauce after I asked for it 2 times I am really pissed I am @ work would have to just eat fries 🍟 with no ketchup and leave the tenders for later thanks popeyes

This Popeyes location was delicious, the Golden BBQ Chicken Sandwich in the food court was tasty. I also tried reloading $25 on my Popeyes gift cards. It was ok to register a new card and transfer the balance into my Popeyes app.

Asked for water, lady asked if I wanted a cup or a bottle. I said cup, then she said there were only bottles and proceeded to charge me $3.25 for a water.

Worker made a mistake in my order (charged me a drink when it was already included in combo, and charged for an extra side when it's included in combo). When I asked about it, she basically yelled at me and asked for my receipt and how many drinks I received. She refunded the drink and side. As I was walking away she called my daughter back and asked her to return the one side (mashed potato). I asked why and she said my order wasn't a Large combo and didn't get 2 sides. Either way, it's what I asked for and, honestly, the right thing to do at that point was to let us have the side. It was their mistake. I said I would pay for the side since we had it in our bag but after trying to figure out the total and how much to give back, I just gave her the side and walked away (only to then find out that I never got my biscuit and had to return for that too ??‍♀️).

Last time i went to this location i received raw chicken. I contacted popeyes and i awaited a response but they never got back to me. I highly recommend not eating here for the safety of you and families that shop at this mall.

I from here bought 12ps family only chicken and they told me add $2 have 2more ps I said yes but when I arrived home open just Have 4chiken wings and1 leg, they give me 9chicken breasts! Because before I from other place order they not same this place give like all chicken breasts!

Today I went to Popeyes at Willowbrook and my 4 year old daughter took a bite of this nugget and I noticed her pulling away from it and noticed this weird thing sticking out!! At first I thought it was a hair and when I got closer I seen it a piece of metal wire !!! This is so disturbing to know that my daughter could have swallowed this and harmed herself! I can’t believe they aren’t careful with the food people are swallowing!
