We toured this building today and all I have to say is WOW. Whether you decide to live here or not, the experience touring it is fantastic! Andro helped us on the tour and he definitely is the most genuine & friendly realtors we've met in the Hoboken/Weehawken area. Great area, great building, & even greater people working here!
The complex is one of the best in Weehawken. Clean, well maintained and wonderful customer service. My leasing agent Andro, was the the best! He was very informative and assisted me in all aspects of my new incredible apartment. He showed me all the available apartments for my personal choosing....including all the amenities/services they provide. If we could give Andro Apacible more than 5 stars we would!!! We've been looking for a place for over two months and he found the perfect apartment for us! The building is fantastic, super clean with great amenities and the big PLUS- our amazing views of Manhattan! Andro was super helpful, thorough and thoughtful.
