UPDATE !!! I am now acknowledging Dino at Customer Service. A terrific gentleman, so polite and very mannerly. Gets the job done ! Wonderful to interact with. Whole Foods really struck gold with Dino. I can't say enough about him. Thank You again Whole Foods for always making my visits exceptional. "Original Review"....Complementing Marielle in the vitamins & beauty department. Exceptionally knowledgeable, great aura as she is speaking to you. This is exactly why I love Whole Foods, they employ terrific people and they should retain them due to their knowledge. Customers don't want to get someone that has no clue & can't get the assistance needed. Thank you Marielle and thank you Whole Foods for making my vsit wonderful. ?

I enjoy the products and cleanliness here but the design of the Whole Foods could have been better . The Amazon returns station is outdoors and it’s hard to peel and stick labels in the wind(it’s always windy being steps away from the Hudson River) . Also the seating for those eating from the fresh food bar is outdoors, which isn’t ideal in winter months. There is not much room in the aisles for 2 carts to pass each other . The lot adjacent to Whole Foods has been currently under construction which also prevents you from exiting the Whole Foods lot making a left, you can only make a right when leaving .

The selection in the store is great, and the produce looks mostly fresh. The service, however, is unfriendly, and staff are not helpful. If they could just stack the self-checkout stations with bags and not make it a very unpleasant experience to request one, the service would already be improved.

Easy location to get to with parking lot. They gave everything you could need and products are great quality. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well. The hot food bar however isn't very good and for the price it's not worth it at all.
Smaller location but it gets the job done. Produce and meat products are always fresh. The store is always well stocked.

Fall 2023: This isn't my favorite location but it has improved since I last visited (Summer 2023). I will frequent it more often and see if things continue to change for the better. My biggest issue was the lack of stock and quality of the produce.

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Whole Foods Market where I purchased a steak only to discover at home that the meat was expired. Selling such products is not only unethical but also poses serious health risks. It's unacceptable for any store, especially in a country like the USA with strict food safety regulations, to overlook the freshness and quality of their food items. This negligence has certainly eroded my trust in Market, and I hope they address this lapse in their quality control with utmost seriousness.

Today I bought 3 slices of Pizza. The lady at the counter cut the Pizza and helped me put it in a box, as I was there early and the Pizza is just out of the oven. I didn't open it up until got home, where I saw one of them is only half the size of the other. I was really surprised, why would she do that? I tried to contact Amazon/Wholefood agent online, but they just asked me to contact the store directly. Really annoying and bad experience. Cannot trust the store.

Definitely the worst Whole Foods in the many locations across many states! The hot food bar at all other Whole Food's is always amazing with lots of fresh food choices that look, smell and taste great. This Whole Food's has the most questionable looking hot food bar. Every thing looks to have been sitting out for days and was all shriveled. No soup. Tried to order a fresh made whole pizza and the employee Serg is tried to do everything she could to not make one. They were not busy, she wasn't helping any other customers and she was just rude and lazy. This location should be embarrassed to call themselves a Whole Food's. They are really bringing down the brand. Very sad.
