I love the attention and enthusiasm of the lady who attends, always very friendly, always pleasing the most demanding tastes. Thank you nowadays it is rare to arrive at a business and receive you with a smile.

Since the 80s I used to visit this bakery I lived in West New York and I moved to Paramus in 1990 but every week I went to look for the best butter bread in all of West New York when I got home the bread had disappeared because I ate it on the way I was driving and eating bread now I live in Florida and I always rememberof that delicious bread and all the delights of this sweet shop ❤️

Best Spot to get your Cafecito! The place is petite so expect short lines during the morning! However, Anita will always take care of your coffee requests!

Ms.Jackson, I’m not sorry

Hopefully you see this comment before coming here. All of the other reviews are from years ago that’s why the rating is so high so please do not be fooled. I decided to give this bakery a try based off of seeing the rating. I go in for a slice of cheesecake and left with two slices ( I was paying with a card and had to meet the minimum). I get home and the first one has white mold forming at the top. I open the second one and there’s green mold already formed on the top. I am currently 3 months pregnant, if I would have eaten this I would have been in trouble. For future customers, if you decide to buy from here, please check whatever you buy. For management, Please do better with checking your products to ensure the food you’re selling isn’t already perished and a hazard to your customers.

I grew up in this town. I moved out of the state a long while back but I still crave the warm butter bread freshly made every morning from Artemisa Bakery. You used to be able to smell it in the morning walking to school. Every time I go back to visit this is a must see destination. It’s one of the places left in the area that still reminds you of the good old days. I Was just thinking about this place and I decided this needed my review.

A worthy stop to enjoy the most tasty, healthy (low to no sugar) bakery steeped in the rich Cuban culinary traditional gifts to the community and our world. We have bought special cakes that are tasty, rich and fluffy texture with impeccable penmanship for the celebration noted on the cake..Each attendant has the best customer service skills to insure you are heard and explanations about every detail is available if requested - thank you

Super good baked goods. I don't speak any Spanish yet the kind lady who works there is able to understand exactly what I want!! OMG I have never had coffee like this I don't know what magic she is brewing back there, but I will definately be back!! Always people waiting outside to go in. :)

We moved out of the area but always come back for some amazing Cuban pan de manteca. We stock up and bring back goodies for my family that also moved out of the area. Croquettas, palitroques, and pastelitos de carne are also always a hit. We wish we could treat ourselves more often. Stop by this little gem if you can!

Have been wanting some authentic Cuban croquetas, tried a place nearby with raving reviews recently, but theirs were just ok. Just had some very tasty croquetas from here! I give it a 10 ✨✨✨

The pan de manteca is the only thing I have tried on the multiple time i have been there. i buy multiple loafs for friends and family. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is very dirty. It needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. If the bread wasn't so good I wouldn't go just based on the lack of cleanliness. The staff is also very friendly.
