Went last Sunday at 9am and ASHLEY had her hair down! No ponytail nothing just down not even one strand up.Found a piece of hair in my food,I called frequently and no response!Check your workers Starbucks this is against policy. Do not come here or get taken by her

This Starbucks made my day after being so very upset & disappointed with the Starbucks in TONNELLE inside the NB Target . The lady at the counter is nasty all the time & so was the manager at Target & they did not help me .I was having an issue with my app & the lady in NB Starbucks sayed she couldn't help me .Well, the lady at the counter in this Starbucks helped me & fixed the issue. She was so friendly & so helpful with the drinks as well .I didn't catch her name it was in the morning, but they were all super friendly & helpful . I was able to get my mom & I our 2 drinks with our cups .She was so happy .Shes 83 & and can't go out due to knee pain.Great customer service ✨️I will be going to this Starbucks & never returning to Target/ Starbucks in NB .Thank you, guys, for turning my morning around ....Was able to enjoy my Morning & rest of my day 😌 See you soon & keep up the great 👍 work. These are so charming 😍

Coffee here is watered down trash. A waste of 4 bucks. Had to dump it. SB have installed new machines at many of its shops and they are either diluting concentrations on purpose or because the employees don't know how to set the machines properly. As a result, you are getting star bucks taste with none of the benefits of consistently strong coffee. In other words, there is no longer any need for Starbucks to exist besides selling novelty cliché...

Shout out to the service & staff here. They politely ask how is the drink and are happy to make another one if you’re not satisfied. Each drink I’ve had from here is well made.
