So I once decided to try this Domino's pizza, picked it up, took a bite and I took a second one, I saw a HAIR that was BAKED IN with the cheese. Disgusted, drove back and showed the cashier not just that 1 hair but others! Called over the manager, glanced at it, told em to make another pizza. NO apology, offer to refund, maybe provide a discount or something, ANYTHING. Unacceptable and utterly disgusting.

I spent $85 at this dominoes . I ordered 4 chicken Alfredo bowls and this is what they decided to deliver to me and the employee who made my food said that this is how the bowls are made and delivered. He was rude and disrespectful he never gave an option to rectify the issue. He didn’t care what so ever . The delivery driver apologized on the guys behalf and it wasn’t he fault. Do not eat at this place because they are rude and disrespectful . I even left them a tip and this is how they made my food . Once again do not spend your money at this place .

The app said many minutes ago that my order was ready, and the screen inside also said the same. I waited so long that even my order disappeared from that same screen. I waited around 40 to 50 minutes."

I ordered sandwiches and Buffalo wings.Omg ,the wings looked and tasted very bad.Seemed like they just boiled the wingsAnd sandwiches were like just tomatoes sauce inside and I was expected chicken and bacon inside.

Food is good most of the time I’m an avid dominos guy but Jesus Christ this place is awful management is horrible workers are rude no body ever picks up the phone delivery can either take 10 mins or 3 hours I live 5 mins

I ordered my food and the tracker informed me that the driver left the store with my food at 2:29pm. The driver didn't get to me until 3:51 pm. THE FOOD WAS COLD!! i had paid $54 and change with credit card so i felt stuck and on top of it all, the store employees kept leaving me on hold and disconnecting the call after 15 mins of being on hold time. Shame on 335 Valley St!! Shame on management!! Driver said he was the only one on schedule

Placed an order that took more than 2hrs and for them to get it wrong anyways. The place and food is gross. The employees make it seem like its your fault they hate where they work. Make sure to preheat your oven so you can reheat your pizza.

Horrible experience! I placed an order 30 minutes prior to picking it up. I head to the store, there’s only 2 people working at a very slow pace. The phone was ringing off the hook and the workers were doing everything but being attentive to the customers in the store. I had to interject and tell the worker that my order was ready 3 times before he finally took heed and proceed to package it up. They have no respect for peoples time here. I don’t be returning.
The Domino’s in West Orange took my money and never delivered the food. When we called they hung upOn us. Horrible.

I’m so disappointed in this store. I give multiple opportunities for successful transactions and this store has failed on almost every occasion. I ordered online and payed. I then arrived at store for pick up using the tools on the mobile app. They had me standing on line for 10 mins during a mixed up order and then served the person behind me before they gave me my order that I have paid for already. Then they didn’t make my wings so they took two orders that didn’t get picked up yet and put them together to make my wings. Unacceptable. There were five people working at the front. This should not have happened.

This place is the worst. Saturday I placed my orders for 3 items at 930pm. I received the delivery at 1145pm. I receieve the wrong order called the delivery no answer, call the store after 5 calls someone finally picked up. I explained I had the wrong order they said my meal would be there within the hour. 145am after 15 calls being picked up and disconnected no response no food. I lost my money got the wrong meal and tipped for nothing. I will not be ordering from this location. Terrible terrible chain. Do not waste money or time at this location. I had foot surgery I couldn't drive up there to return the wrong order. It's ashame.

If I could give this Domino’s a zero stars I would!! This use to be my go to Domino's not anymore whoever took over this place the managers are rude. The pizza doesn’t taste the same. They have terrible customer service. I placed an order which I paid extra for the 3 toppings only to get the pizza with only two of the toppings. Instead of them trying to fix the problem the manager hung up on me. If they ran out of the topping that I wanted they should’ve informed me. Instead of assuming I would be okay with what they decided to make me. Then when I called them it’s a problem. I will never order from this Domino’s ever again just rude and unprofessional!!

Our order was burnt, cold and not complete. It arrived 2 hours after order was placed. Missing items were never replaced and the manager refused to issue a refund. I do not recommend this place at all.
