This place is in my neighborhood and serves a very good variety of dishes. Best roti and samosas in the area. Lamb curry is excellent but I can't tell at times if some pieces are lamb or beef. They are still my go to place and they have a wide open kitchen so you can see the preparation. Try this spot. You won't be disappointed.

The server was very accomodating. The quantity was sufficient and the price was good. I was happy with the size and filling of my Samosas, they were really good. The pastry could have been a little fresher none the less I see my self returning to see if that was an just off moment. oh the dipping sauces were really tasty.

We always order Takeout here and have never been disappointed. Their food is delicious and authentic. Love the food and would definitely recommend!

This restaurant has very delicious food, however, if you ask them for anything extra… they are extremely nasty. Also, the portions are a very very small.. if you order chicken tikka masala, you will only get about four pieces of chicken. I asked him if I could have some extra rice and they said no absolutely not. You cannot have any extra rice.. I have since been going to Jawlwa modern Indian cuisine in Monclair, and they are so kind and so accommodating I would advise you to do the same.

I am super disappointed in this place. I ordered a few times here and they were actually good and they did take my food allergies into consideration. I ordered again tonight and I did add my food allergies on the exact same dish that I got previously with no problem, but I decided I did not want onions in the dish. I do not have an allergy to onions. It was just a personal preference. They called me back and told me that they cannot make the dish because I wrote that I have a dairy and gluten allergy and I wrote please not to add onions. Again I do not have a allergy to onions as I have eaten here 2 times Before with no issue to the onions. I just did not want them. Simple.... I told them that it's ok if they have to cook the dish with onions since it's premade into the dish already. The guy would not let me and kept saying that since I wrote not to add onions he can not make the dish. I said again I do not have a allergy to onions, it's my body, I know what I can and can't eat. That it is ok and they can still make the dish as long as there is no dairy or gluten. He said no that if anything happens it will fall on them. I said nothing can happen I just asked not to add onions. I do not have a issue with them and it is ok to go ahead and make it. He refused so I canceled my order and DoorDash gave me a full credit for it. I'm beyond disappointed in the service since this is a place we would order from time to time. I feel he could have been nicer and not refused to make a dish when I said it was ok to make. Shouldn't it be up to the customer what they want to eat? !!!! Beyond disappointed in how this was handled but happy with door dash for refunding me.

Very bland.I was solicited to have an Indian restaurant open within walking distance.I love Indian food.New ginger unfortunately is tasteless and simply bad.

I ordered several items by Doordash, but they did not have Mulligatawny soup. They called me and expected me to either swap it out for another item, of which they only had two matching the price, or cancel the order and place it again. They refused to credit me for the soup or call Doordash to process it. I spent time on the phone with them, first with them trying to convince me to order something else of for the same price, then admitting they didn't want to go through the trouble of processing the refund for $4.99. They wouldn't budge for a $40.00 order. I refuse to put in work and self-serve for a $40.00 order. Ultimately, I cancelled the order altogether and will continue to use any of the numerous other Indian restaurants that use Doordash. They all complete the process of crediting themselves when they don't have an item available, and don't call me asking me to buy something I don't like or want.

We ordered a couple of $17.99 items, Butter Chicken and Lamb Vindaloo and got about 6 piece of meat in each. Not something I would expect from a new place wanting to create a set of return customers and not a value for the money. I usually want to give a place 2 times to see what they do, but I'm not going to pay $40 to try these guys again.....

I order the Kerala fish curry regularly from here. They accommodate my special request of excluding certain ingredients due to my son’s allergies. So the customer service is amazing. I’ve also ordered the chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani from here and everything has been really delicious.

The flavors are good. The portions are good... if you like sauce. The butter chicken was about 1 chicken breast and about 3 cups of sauce... like with? Tastes fine but nothing in it. Same for the same paneer. Eh.
