Terrible customer service. Had an issue where I was overcharged. Issue is still not resolved 10 days later. I will never visit this location again. They seem to not care about their customers and are hurting the Dunkin brand by not helping customers resolve issues.

They are very slow to serve even with the place empty, I have ordered orders in advance on the app several times and I still had to wait more than 5 minutes. Please fix that!!!

Ordered an iced coffee with everything listed below and this is what I got. I did an online order at 10:27 and still at 10:40 my order still wasn’t ready and when he finally started doing my order he tells me there is no whip cream ! Why did I wait this long for my order not to be done how I ordered it and still had to wait for the order to be completed even though there was no line inside and I ordered online. Ridiculous!

Ordered a simple decaf iced coffee with milk and 3 sugars. Left a $1 tip in the mug. Drove away with no sugar and after only drinking half of the drink I can feel the caffeine affecting my tmj which is why I avoid caffeine. So I’ve decided, thanks to their customer service, I’ll no longer tip for counter service particularly before tasting my food to see if it’s even what I paid for!

waited 5 minutes and no one knew I was there. If this is how this Dunkin location wants to treat their customers then that’s fine with me. Your not the only coffee spot in town.
Do not go to this Dunkin’ under any circumstances. I went to use the bathroom today and it was absolutely FILTHY. The toilet seat was up and when I put it down to use it there was a huge pile of feces on the back of the toilet and paper towels covered in feces and urine overflowing from the garbage can. This bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The sink was also nasty. Can you imagine how the kitchen and the food prep at this location is?!? ??? I threw my hot peppermint mocha latte straight into the garbage and went home and immediately took a shower.

Everytime I come and hope this time it'll be better. After a few years, gave this place another try.Employee gave me everything except my order. Even a cappuccino, when I said latté! Saying, "This is how the machines make them." When I requested extra foam. *Shakes Head* At this point I just stopped trying to explain things and accepted my incorrectly overpriced "cappuccino". Shoulda and coulda just made my black coffee w/unsweetened vanilla almond milk & stevia at home. ???Positive:Others coming in and out didn't seem to have any issues though. Easy to find.
Parking: Parking spots for all businesses in that strip mall. (Idk if it's really a strip mall though. Just businesses connected to on another in the same building/zone. )

I was surprised to see the store looking so unkempt, the one worker that was there was also unkempt looking, I understand everyone deserves to work but in a food & drink establishment cleanliness is necessary.
