I came across this African restaurant while walking through the mall and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I was immediately looked up and down, which made me feel unwelcome.
When I approached the woman at the front, she didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. I asked if they had any premade food, and instead of answering, she dismissed my question and just asked, “What do you want?” I explained it was my first time there and asked again what they offered. Rather than taking the time to explain or make me feel welcome, she gave me a one-word response and simply pointed to the signs behind the counter.
As a first-time customer, I expected at least some basic courtesy and guidance. Instead, I left feeling disregarded and unwelcome. This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. Best of luck to their business, but I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

most nastiest egusi i ever had , service was horrible and they make instant fufu in the microwave, not even pounded yam or uka nor plantain and not to mention each meal was $21for two small pieces of meat in egusi
Ordered the Efo Elegusi soup with fufu—#7 on the menu—and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the protein was cooked perfectly. The fufu was smooth and paired beautifully with the soup. Even though I got takeout, everything was packed neatly and stayed hot and fresh. You can really taste the care put into the food. Definitely planning to come back to try more!
I regret ordering from here. One piece of meat per animal, small portion, old goat meat in my egusi and the soup wasn’t cooked down enough. Why is the place still open? ABUJA RESTAURANT is better in terms of food and portion. Worth the travel.
Oh my God I don't even know where to start by far the worst food I ever had The quality of the food was very low. The chicken was dry and old. The quantity was very small for the price of the food I do not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. They should be shut down by far the worst, worst, worst food I ever had.
Their fried rice is very small. Me and friends went to buy some and we got angry after seeing the bowl
Look at the portion almost empty please never buy anything from useless people the customer service is 0 waste of money

I called to make place an order, person on the phone was so disrespectful, so disappointing for this bad customer service;
I used to love this place so much I was coming here twice a week. But they keep keep the entree so small for $25 and keep raising the price more and more.
