I wish I could complain about my drink if I even received it. The service was horrible if I was manager there and I cared about Starbucks reputation I'd clear out all the young workers who don't give a care in the world about the customers or their performance. They didn't even try to pretend to look like they cared. Not that this review will do anything just wanted to get my anger off the chest after my first and last visit to the worst Starbucks I've ever been too.

This is the 3rd time I come to this starbucks in this month. Each time the employees REFUSE to serve frozen drinks. Once they said that the blender was not working, the seccond time they said they couldnt make them because they had to clean the blenders. And today at 1:00pm they said the Ice machine was not working but they were serving ice cold drinks. The cashier did not have a name tag and she had glasses on and was completely rude and sarcastic and said that she could not do anythimg about it and refused to give a customer service number. We felt disrespected. The customer service was horrible. This staff needs a traiming on basic customer service skills and need to learn how treat others kindly and with respect. If the staff does not like wotking with frozen drinks they should get another job. If the reason is not the employee then this store is offering false advertisement. A whole month of excuses its very disrespecfull.

Extremely bad service, bad attitude. We gave order for chai Latte and sandwiches. They gave Chai latte in 10-15 min and waiting for sandwiches. After our reminders and wait they said they don’t have after 35 minutes. It was midnight 06/28 early morning. They were playing with each other but not giving service to customer. Very bad experience and it’s one of the worst Starbucks I saw in my life.

I travel the country and go to starbucks every day and i have never seen one this poorly run. They want to talk to eachother and not make ur coffee then they get the order completely wrong after clear and simple instruction/order. Wasted 30 minutes of my day for a 3 minute job any idiot can do. Love starbucks, this one needs

staff took very long making drinks and they didn’t know who was making who so they kept making duplicate drinks by accident

I’ve never seen a more miserable bunch of employees. There were about 6 people standing behind the counter, only one working… the others just standing around and looking at their phones while the line extended halfway through the building.

One girl (who suppose to make the coffee)is on her phone all the time. Our bakery good was left on the side of the oven, and it was ready. They didn’t notice it. If you are working, please pay attention.

We were waiting om line. They just shut down the lights and told us they were closed after 5 minutes of waiting. They could have had the decency to at least tell us before wasting our time and rudely shooing us and a couple away.This IS NOT A 24HR STARBUCKS

absolutey the worst customer service I have seen in a while by ENTIRE STAFFFFFFF! I wish I could say I was the only one. everyone waiting had issues and both girls were rude...no smile.. no help and were so slow and didn't care. gross attitude and gross counters.. lazy af.

Stopped by for some energy on my way back to NY. Long line at the cashier, and 4 ppl are working behind. Their had some ppl waited for their order before. idk for how long, but the barista decided to make an order for a customer who spoke the same language with her first. When others started complaining, they rolled their eyes. Me and my man didn't mind waiting, but when we got our order, i wanted to scream. Mocha frappe tested like pure ice blend, no coffee, and chocolate. Even whipped cream got not tasted, too. Pistachio coffee, again no tasted of coffee. I felt sad for them that need to deal with some rude customers, but at least make a good drink so they don't come back and yell at you.

They take their sweet time and attitudes are unfavorable. No regard for their customers. Over all not great at all. Oh and not to mention they got the order wrong.
