These empanadas are eh. I cant really describe them any other way. I've been wanting to try for so long and they were just unimpressive when I finally did. I had the cheese, chicken, and beef and all were soggy and kept sticking to the plastic. The chicken one was really not good at all. I heard this guy was on the food network, dont get why.
We like the Empanada guys offerings. The beef empanadas are my favorite. The pulled pork ones are also good. The guava and cheese are a sweet dessert empanada. I prefer to take them home and heat them up in the air fryer. Good simple food, convenient and quick.

Got 2 beef empanadas at the Tannersville Crossing food truck. Mediocre. Not a lot of flavor and very salty. Also, mine and my wife's first bite was just dough. So they're not loaded. Also should have been bigger for $4.25 each. My wife makes a better tasting empanadas without all the salt.
