I never do this but do better. Food was dry. The atmosphere like a corner store in the inner city. You can barely tell its open. DO BETTER.

Food is terrible. Yu order food online and then when you get there they have nothing left so you’re stuck substituting everything. They need to be done with it honestly.
Food service and atmosphere deserve a zero star. Idk what happened but this was the worst food experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. I think this store needs to shut down as sad as I am to say that. Do not get the mac n cheese, it’s nothing like it used to be, the cheese disgusting had to spit it out. The chicken was pink, slimy, just awful. The sweet potato has zero of the normal topping. The worker was a bit off was a very odd experience. Store was completely empty no chicken cooking all sitting on a tray aka old. Save yourself from the disappointment. Very sad.

They neglected to include the chicken gravy and the cookie in my order. It's puzzling how such simple details can be overlooked when preparing a takeout meal.
With clear instructions, it should be easy to ensure that all the requested items are packed correctly.

The manager was the best part of the meal. He was a one man show. The service was excellent. The food was okay. I am glad we went.

I concur with majority of these comments. It's apparent to me that the owners of Boston Market don't care. Not only was the food horrible; the atmosphere was depressing.
Boston Market really needs to step their game up or just close all of its doors forever.
No matter what they decide; I will not be spending my money there anymore.

Stopped by for someone. Went through the drive-thru and the screen was black. I wasn't sure if the establishment was open but when I left the drive-thru thru I saw 2 people ordering.
Parking lot, empty.
I walk in and the place just smells and looks old. It looks like it is in serious need of a deep cleaning. I saw 2 staff members, 1 cleaning the rotisserie and the other came from the back.
I stood at the counter ready to order and had to get the staff member who was cleaning to take my order.
She was a pleasant young lady.
I kept hearing a beep and would see a receipt coming out of the machine. I assume people order delivery or pick up meals primarily.
Most certainly will not be coming back to this business.

Completely empty and you can tell it's the last one in NJ. No branding on anything but sides were good. It didn't look like it was open.
The woman working was wonderful and great. It's sad because she was working alone and still had an amazing attitude.

Ruined Fathers Day -Deptford Location
My husband wanted a treat and wanted Boston market. He was excited and it came via door dash. Some of our order was canceled with no notice to us. Food drastically undercooked and had to be cooked by us at home. We called the manager to alert her she was rude and hung up on us. We tried calling back to ask for number of District Manager and they did not answer the phone. Very unprofessional and potentially dangerous if food eaten under cooked. Sad to have someone not care about customers on a holiday and there health.
The chicken was overcooked and very dry. The vegetables/sides were good. My grandchildren only ate their sides. I paid $11.99 for 1/4 of chicken, 2 sides, and corn bread, which never received.

Absolutely horrible !!!! I was really looking forward to they're creamed spinach and corn bread and it didn't even look right when I got it , but I gave it the benefit of doubt. Brought it back to my friends place, and got instantly sick and had to throw it all away! Do not even waste your money !! Definitely not worth it ! :(

WOW and what a disgusting disappointment this Boston Market is! It should be ashamed to even be opened. The food looked like it was made a week ago and I couldn't tell you the last time it was cleaned! Go somewhere else!

I went in with high hopes which were shattered into pieces in seconds. First of all there wasn't anyone at the cash register so I waited about a min.. no problem. Dude comes from the back sniffling.. Every ten seconds sniffling desperately trying to keep mucus from escaping his nose. He got my food together which was a half a chicken spinach and roasted potatoes. At the cash register he seemed to be having an issue. The snot bubble came out of his nose and fell down to the floor. The lady next to me said what was that? Not only that. He then charged me $26, which is double what the price should have been. I tell him he goes to the back someone else comes out. I tell the guy the issue he then opens the lid of my food with no gloves on and begins to talk. I watch spit shoot out of his mouth and into my food that he still has not closed. I ask him why are you talking over my food with the lid open. To conclude this nightmare I left and so did the lady behind me.
