Service was extremely slow, especially considering it was not that crowded. Ito took nearly an hour to get our food. I ordered a sirloin steak, which was charred on one side and barely cooked on the other. The garlic mashed potatoes were "gooey," the best way I can describe them.We have eaten at this Applebee's before and it was not this bad. It's definitely gone down hill.

Server was very rude and incompetent to do his job so me and my family asked for another server they gave us one and at that time the rude server that do his job was telling the other tables that he was working on that we messed up there orders to and by the way he messed up there ordered me and my family were having the website you guys gave me Doesn’t let me do anything just like the service I have gotten from your restaurant

This Applebee's has the worst service. Even after the manager came out to apologize for the lack of attentiveness from any staff we still waited over 40 minutes for our food and it came out cold. The manager never came back out and our server stopped by once to refill our drinks. We then had to wait another 30-40 minutes for our check. We never saw that manager or server again.

Thee absolute worst service i have ever received at an applebees. Family dinner for my son’s birthday and as we sat in a 30% full restaurant it was 25 mins before we were greeted. Sat down at 1845 and no greeting til 1910 and at that point it was a manager. We ordered thee beef nachos as an appetizer and did not receive until 1952 and it looked as if it sat in the expo window for way too long. The presentation was horrible and the beef was burnt. About 10 minutes later and our food came and once again the presentation was horrible. Fries overcooked, burger looked sloppy, old looking lettuce, breadstick overcooked. At this point we were fed up and left in which they brought us a togo of the brownie for the birthday, I SWEAR TO GOD the brownie was so burnt we could not even bite into it. Goodness gracious!! -1 star. Beyond bad

MED RARE !! this is a done steak dry as hell asked for A1 .. don't have any Afraid to send back !!we stood at door for a few mins before someone said anything sat at table 10 mins before someone said did anyone get you drinks !! watched people leave because they were ignored at the door and at their tables ..oh my god my friends broccoli was 2 little things with her fish !!REMODEL didn't help this place
