I was planning on grabbing lunch else where but the day's special (bbq ribs) called to my hungry stomach like a siren luring in a naive sailor. And I'm sure glad they did.The meat was flavorful, with sweet bbq sauce layered on a peppery foundation. It was tender but had perfect chewy edges. The coleslaw had chopped banana peppers in it, giving it a unique vinegary-ness that surprised me. I don't usually think of slaw as something that will be memorable but this one stands out.And all (plus thick potato wedges) for a very generous price. I look forward to eating at Bosque Burger again!

I could not be more disappointed in this place. It looked so promising and had good reviews. Now I wish a better place had opened here instead,

Honest little shop, visited it due to the reviews. Not disappointed, the guy was super friendly and nice. He had such a good attitude and I appreciated the conversation we had. He offered me a free drink due to the card reader being a little funky, simple reboot fixed it. The food is honest and fresh and cooked to order. The burger was very good, fell apart a bit but I'm not complaining. The green chili wasn't very spicy, very very mild sadly. I recommend grilling it so its got less liquid to effect the bun. However it was very good nonetheless. I love burgers and this one definitely made me feel a lot better after a stressful day. The potato wedges where seasoned nicely as well. The lettuce was great and crispy vs what some places serve and the tomato was also not disappointing. :)Fresh ingredients, always a plus. This place also offers different cheeses which is cool. My 4 stars is mainly the green chili could have been a lot better, but maybe next time it will be. It is the middle of winter and not a lot of anything is in season.Overall good place to go and enjoy a nice well priced lunch. :)

The burger I had was delicious. I was really surprised how great the French fries were! I ate outdoors and it was terrific!!

This is a one of my go to places for excellent burgers , and especially for its green chile bacon avocado cheeseburger (!). That burger is huge and a full meal with the tomatoes and spinach leaves. Add really tasty fries and a pineapple wedge and you can't do better. Located in the historic El Vado motel/food court complex on Historic Route 66 in West Old Town and across from the Aquarium/botanic garden by the Rio Grande, it's a super location. Been coming here since it opened, and always is great.

Great food. I had a burger, very fresh ingredients and didn't skimp on anything. If you like wedge fries this is your place! My son had pizza and loved it, said some of his favorite in town. Like the outdoor seating and friendly staff/ owner. Will be back.

Gross burgers , fries tasted moldy , we will not go Back again . We got a pizza and the pizza was horrible as well looked like it had been sitting around all day . Worst 60$ overpriced food I bought in a long time :(

One of El Vado's restaurant choices for the carnivores and you won't be disappointed.

I really wanted this place to be good. Frito Pie was burned. The burger was sour, and the fries were cold. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Great little place where you order inside and and they deliver to you at a table outside. Awesome huge steak- cut fries and juicy burger. Fresh fish wrap/sandwich had tasty sauce with lettuce & tomato. Hard working staff. Recommended.

Was ready to get something to eat and have heard great reviews. Sign on door said open but was closed. This was around 5pm on Tuesday May 17th. Website also stated open. At least 25-30 people came by and saw the open sign and looked inside the glass door, only to find out it was closed. This was all between 5 to 630. Staying at the El Vedo.

As soon as I walked in I noticed the man cook cross contaminating the entire back of the kitchen. No gloves, no hand washing, just touching meat and wiping his hands with a rag. Extremely concerning considering they sell vegetarian products. I am grossed out.
