This has to be the most singularly worst experience at a fast food place in Albuquerque that I've ever experienced with my wife. This Burger King managed to make a Lotta Burger look good and that is something I thought was seemingly impossible. First, when you use the closest drive up, for some reason they put the menu far away from the order panel. I have pretty good eyesight in. It was still hard to make out. It was so impossible. We drove around to the front where apparently they were closing up the inside at the time and we were told that we just needed to get out of the car to read the menu. This was at night and we had already had a homeless person. Us up three times in our car. I cannot believe how miserable the design was on this and how the franchise owner didn't spot it or were just completely oblivious. Then you have the staff. We ordered two Texas double burgers and ask for them to have only mustard. When we got home not only did they not have mustard one had nothing on it and one had mayonnaise and I blame the staff for that. How in the world could you make this experience any worse ? I get the feeling. If I ever go back again you'll find a way. Don't get me wrong. I like Burger King but this was mind-bogglingly awful. If you like Burger King, at least avoid this particular franchise. It was insultingly awful

So my issue with this place is that they are not very polite I always get chicken wraps honey mustard and my chicken wrap was more honey mustard than chicken This is probably the worst experience I have had a burger king. I will still continue going to burger king but not this one.

3x I had to repeat my order. Then when I got to the window he still didn't get it right. Mozzarella sticks 8 piece chicken nuggets 2 rodeo burgers and a double cheeseburger. He thought I ordered a cheeseburger and when I said I didn't, he acted as if he was doing me a favor by taking it off. Then when I get home no double cheeseburger. I won't be going back.
While I do love flame-grilled burgers, I don't love a quart of mayo on my sandwich and to be showered with mayo-covered chunks of lettuce at every bite.This visit I think the manager served us because he was polite and even asked us how we are. Typically, we get unintelligible grunts from this location, but unlike every other location in Albuquerque, this location usually gets my order right. So... there is that.This location is pretty old and could really use remodeling, especially the parking lot.UPDATE: Drove past this location the other day and saw that it is closed for remodeling and the parking lot was torn up. From my pen to corporate's ears, eh? ?

Went there to get 2 original chicken sandwiches. Hit the drive thur. Car in front on me no one else in drive thur. Had to wait but no one was talking to car in front of me. Finally they got to order and then I did. Didn't tell my total I pull up to window and thats when I was told total, full price for both. I thought ok I guess the 2 for 6 was over. Paid drove home and checked website just to double check. Nope still 2 for 6 deal still going even at this location. Did there survey it asked if you would like someone to call back about this. No call back and now I see it's closed and being remodeled? You need to remodel your staff. Stuff like this isn't gonna be acceptable. Most people will just stop coming instead of writing a review or taking your survey.
