The young man at the window was SO very polite and friendly! He was efficient and engaging! I was there on 3/31/24 at appx 2:30PM and I got an Impossible Burger/fries/coke. Burger King is lucky to have him as an employee!

I was at this location earlier trying to order online in my vehicle in the parking lot at 9:15 pm. I usually like this location and always order before I go in or through the drive thru. The manager of this place had the audacity to come out and tell me and my husband that he called the police on us. So rude. I never park in this location without ordering anything and he treated me like I was panhandling in the parking lot when I've always been a good customer. I showed him my phone where I was about to press place secure order and told him I was ordering online. He didn't even apologize to me and kept on being rude. I don't know if he has a bad day or anything but he didn't have to take it out on me. I can't believe I gave good reviews in the past about this place.

One they forever have the playground locked up I never seen it open but once just recently then again locked up and homeless all in side refilling drinks when I went soda was out on carbonation basically and all in side chilling hanging out no buying

Well the king is in ! One of very few places I can take all four of my children to eat and play the play area or indoor playground was clean and open . Plus hats off to the manager who saved our dinner. Times are tough so we ordered online to get the great dinner deals they offer! Well someone some how made off with it and the order never made To our table without hesitation the manager re-pulled our order and made sure it was complete with a little extra . Thank you so very much!? yes we will be Back ! Happy holidays ?Kid-friendliness: Playground still operational!

I had made sure to express extra that I am allergic to tomatoes and to please not put tomatoes on my sandwich luckily I have the medicine I needed but they put in the ticket no tomatoes and still added tomatoes knowing I have an allergy to them. The mozzarella sticks taste like they have frost bite and just sit in the freezer uncovered. Really upset cause now I’m at a 12 hour shift and no food.

This was a drive thru order and an unusual order since I can't eat the bread. We thought it was odd that the person remembered my order since it had been 5-6 months since we had been there. The patty was a bit dry and cold though.Dietary restrictions: They do work with anyone with gluten or vegetarian restrictions.

Called 10 times before going down to make sure play area was open for my kids to play. No one answers the phone so I have to drag my kids down there and get them all out of car seats just to find out it’s closed. A huge inconvenience and disappointed kids. Employees can’t even do the bare minimum and answer a phone.
