This Dominoes was horrible. The guys working here did not give 2 craps. We placed our order online at 3:30 in the afternoon. our tracker said it was in "prep" for 15 mins. I finally just went in the store and found the two employees unpacking boxes. When I asked about my order they finally started making it. Told me it would be 7 minutes. They went ahead and marked my order as "ready" on the screen so they wouldn't get dinged. Took 15 more minutes to get a simple pizza. To top it all off, our pizza only had topping in the center, over half of it was just bread. Not what I've experienced at other Dominoes locations. So disappointed.

I am not a complainer or someone that leaves reviews on the Internet, but the manager at the store on Holly and San Pedro, is completely rude. They have this cool thing when you order on the app and you click “here” they have two minutes to get your order to the car, if not, you get a free medium pizza. They stop the timer ahead of time so you can’t qualify for the pizza. The lady bringing out the pizza stopped it when there was 48 seconds to go, she had until 749 to come out and she didn’t come out until 751, I took a screen shot at 750 for proof. Because she stopped the timer, I don’t automatically get an email for the free pizza so she called her manager out to my car, Issac, and he goes on to argue with me, saying I am wrong and that’s not how it works. The directions are clearly right there on the app. He said wow she had to run to the back and get the blue cheese so she stopped the timer because she already had everything ready besides the blue cheese, well that’s the point of the game so he admits to her stopping the timer early, but does not make it good for the free medium pizza coupon. He tells me you are “being unreasonable, you’re just trying to get a free pizza”. It’s not that I’m just trying to get a free pizza.. that’s the point of the game that you have. He said “not me..” “okay your company, that you are a manager for..” He continued to argue, very unprofessional. Do not offer or play the games if the company isn’t going to follow the rules. Also, he needs to take a training class on how to approach, talk to, and handle customers appropriately. Very frustrating.

The place was way behind, Isaac was working alone, dealing with rude customers, an hour behind. He showed true dedication and work ethic. We could all use a guy like that working for and with us. The pizzas didn't take terribly long and they were hot and delicious.

So this location doesn't go by the order screen. I ordered today online, 1 sandwich.This was at 11:20 on line, estimated time was 15 min. I got there at 11:32. Payed and waited, my name was on the board with 1 to 5 min. After the 5 min window hit, my name said 5 to 10 min.after the 10 min window my name said 1 to 5 min.Told the guy at the front to please refund me, I couldn't wait any longer. He told me to look in the oven that my sandwich was in their. It was way back. I told just refund me I had waited long enough. After this I asked for the general manager number was told they don't have one. He did give me the number to customer care. As I left he said so you don't want the sandwich.?I called customer care, she was sorry. Told me she would pass it on to the franchise owners. Will see...This is not the first time this store has done this, so it must be the way they handled there customers.

It took 1.5 hour to get a cold pizza missing all of the sauces even after tipping 25%. Domino’s resolution was a free pizza but that cost less than the sauces I was missing.

Have been a regular customer here, but had a real bad service experience working with them recently. I placed a large online order and included 18% tip, and paid by card for everything; since I didn't have a cash handy on me.When the driver delivered my pizzas, the driver asked me for a tip again, saying that I didn't tip. I showed the receipt with the tip included, but the driver told me that they didn't receive any tip and I am supposed to tip now, in front of my friends. With this embarrassment, I asked one of my friends if he had any cash (remember, I didn't have a cash handy, so paid the tip online). He paid the tip and then the driver left.So, I ended up paying about 43% tip on my order. When I called and complained to the store manager, he asked me quite rudely if I want to take the tip back from the employee or if I want any free food, and kept saying the same thing. I definitely didn't want any of that to happen to the delivery-employee, but was expecting some professional courtesy, which I did not receive.So, this was my last order from this store, and likely from my friend's group.

Carry-out order took 45 min+ to pick up a medium pizza with 8 wings. I should have read the reviews more carefully before hand. Will try to avoid this location in the future.

Just got my order from the holly ave location in Albuquerque and when I see it the box with my sandwich was full of grease I then opened the box and the entire sandwich was burnt my pasta came uncovered. The manager at this location need to retrain the employees and do better work I just spent $25 on food that’s not edible
