Wait times are ridiculous. We ordered with the expectation of it, taking 20-30 minutes as per text confirmation. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our order, and it wasn't even that fresh. Out of the whole team, only one person seemed to be working efficiently. Definitely not worth the wait, and the website pickup times need to be updated to show more accurate wait times!

Big disappointment watched the kid beat up the pizza out of the pan(maybe should let the pan pizza to pizza hut) they made the pizza wrong was told they were remaking it to give them 10 mins. Pretty sure they messed it up again. Then when i wanted to check the pizzas i got attitude. Next time ill just go somewhere

This location is ridiculous! Every time I come in to place an order, they are behind! Today I go in and they’re 3 hours behind! You need to hire more staff or open another location! It’s totally unacceptable that you are behind 3 hours on fast food! The last time I came it was 90 minutes behind! Bad experience, bad customer service all around!

Foods was cold, horrible service. 35min delivery time quickly turned into an hour, food sat so long under the heat lamp you could taste it. When I called the store to see what was going on, only one person was working. No managers on location.

On several occasions I have witnessed the pizza makers using their phones and not washing their hands touching each other touching their earbuds their hair all types of stuff and not washing their hands even though I've told the manager at the time that I just witnessed what I witnessed in the manager's not saying anything to them about it all he does is go up to them and whisper something in their ear and they go right back to making pizzas without washing their hands I even said to him one time why aren't they washing their hands you just talked to them did you tell them to wash their hands and he just starts smiling instead of telling them to go wash their hands he continuously says he understands my frustration and what I'm talking about is a serious matter but yet he still is not telling them to wash their hands and they're standing there watching me complain about it and still not washing their hands on their own accord the food has been terrible the past couple times I went I will no longer be going back to this establishment at this location it's disgusting I've even explained to them why I'm so adamant about having clean pizza because I got sick a few years back from an establishment that gave me hepatitis A I was sick for 2 years straight having severe diarrhea every day and throwing up to the point of getting ready to black out I literally felt like I was dying and I don't want to go through that again but yet they still do not wash their hands it's absolutely ridiculous and it doesn't make sense to me I don't know what else to do besides make a review or call corporate I might be calling corporate next don't eat at this establishment

They gave me the wrong pizza so I called in to let them know. They told me they would make me a new one so when I went to go pick it up and was about to turn into the parking lot, they call me and tell me that I have to bring in the old pizza in order to get the new one. I told him I was already there and they said they would not give me my pizza until I brought the other one so I had to go back home and get it, and when I come back for the third time into the store, the employee was sarcastic and rude in helping me and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Thought this was going to be an easy family dinner, but it ended up over an hour and making three trips into the store. These people should be trained in Customer service they have no idea what they’re doing. Hoping a manager will see this and reach out to rectify their mistake
