Very disappointed. Did not meet even minimum expectation for quality of food, service or atmosphere. They screwed up my order, tried to hide the fact right in front of me and then all three workers wouldn’t even look at me until I was forced to throw my order in the trash and leave, still unacknowledged. Will not be back.

I love this bagel shop and I visit there regularly. However, I received a gift of some gift cards and I cannot figure out how to get them into my rewards account. I have written twice to Einstein's on their contact page, but it is like throwing a rock off a cliff - nothing ever comes back. I want to use these cards but I want to order in the app and I cannot do both. So DON'T GIVE ANYONE EINSTEIN GIFT CARDS. GIVE THEM CASH INSTEAD.

I am from back East, and have yet to find a good bagel.I grant Enstein is a cut above the white bread bagels sold here. Still its the sane as sold at every Enstein shop.Service was slow at about 9:30 am, I would not want to be there at rush hour.

Very dissapointed. Building is gross and falling apart. Roof is stained in grease. Food came out undesirable. Missing items.Go to another location this one is falling apart

Worst Einstein in ABQ. The quality of the food that comes from this location is absurd in comparison to basically all other locations in town. Ordered a Nova Lox and it seemed that it had maybe been sitting out a while? The lox was dry and weird tasting. Then ordered again a couple weeks later and just got a bagel with crem cheese and it was pathetic. The bagel was tiny which is not common for Einstein but there was close to no cream cheese on it, also not common. Employees are not the kindest and seem bothered when customers come in. I will literally make a further trip from here on out to another location even though this is a 30 second drive from my house because this place is so bad.

Amazing green chile bagels. However I don't like their coffee, most of the locations don't have seating and overall not worth the cost.
