Used to go to Einstein a lot but they don't take cash..not everyone has a debit card or money on it but i always have cash.. now that i do i get online at 7 am 5-19-23 to order and the website says they are open but ordering online said this location was closed. Even tried calling and no one answered how sad is that!

I love Einstein bagels but haven’t been for over 2 yrs. I won’t be back till they bring back dine in. It has been 3 yrs since the pandemic, I think it would be safe for dine in now.

Service was awful. The young lady made faces at us the entire time, very rude, bagels were OK, barely any cream cheese, and they accepted no cash. Seriously, I don't have any cards, so my friend had to pay for mine, and I'll pay him back. Ridiculous

Feels like this location is about to close down permanently. No tables out, all stacked in the corner, felt like the peak of Covid. Though I was still asked if I wanted it “for here or to go?”. Where do you expect me to sit? The ground? Also, coffee was completely out. And there seemed no urgency to refill them even though I already paid for my coffee. All the workers appeared to be teenagers, which is fine, but who is managing this store? Definitely not coming back to this location. So weird and unsettling.

Always friendly and quick to have my order for my staff at work. Thank you guys for what you do and how you get it done!

Disappointing. I drove here for a reliably decent bagel and I got a rock hard, over-toasted bagel with giant chunks of veggies and an almost indiscernible amount of avocado on my Avocado Veggie bagel. This was a total waste of my lunch hour and the work hour required to pay for it.

Usually the Riverside Einstein's is amazing but today received a burned breakfast so disappointed!

Bagels were great, but the cashier was bad. She had earbuds and kept asking us to repeat our order because she could not hear us. Also charged $3 for a water cup on top of a $25 meal.

Pre-ordered bagels the day before for pickup Christmas Eve to have for Christmas day brunch. They never put my order together & told me they sold out of bagels. They tried to lie & say I ordered after they ran out even though I ordered the day before. Then they didn't even know how to refund my money. Left without bagels or a refund but they were sure to say "have a nice day". PATHETIC!

No tables, no business. Terrible decisions will surely put this one out of business soon. Hopefully a good local bagel place will come in.

cant get green chile bagels at an einstein’s in any other city. and unlike the last idiot that reviewed on here. covid will never not be an issue as its endemic. glad these guys care.

3.5 stars. I go about once every week. Staff is really nice. however they mess up my sandwich a lot and I don't realize until I get home. It's just three ingredients (sausage, egg and cheese) and they always forget one. One time they forgot the meat so I went back and they made the sandwich again but forgot the egg... Went today and they once again forgot the egg. Sausage egg and cheese... That's it. How do you forget an ingredient? Other than that they are pretty decent.

Good quality. Nice staff. A little pricey for just a bagel.

The manager is rude. All else is ok. I prefer the locations on Cutler or Unser.
