The food and service at Garcia’s on 4th Street is top-notch! Monique is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure an amazing dining experience. Kudos to the entire team! Food came out so fast! The manager Luis always checks in on us when we go in to ensure our expectations are met. Great service and Great food, what more could you ask for!!

We were at a large Birthday party celebration. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the management grateful for our patronage. I highly recommend Garcia's for your dining and catering needs.Dietary restrictions: One person only eats meat and they were able to serve him something that fell within his diet needs.Parking: We got there early so it wasn't hard to find a parking.Kid-friendliness: My grand daughter enjoyed her meal

As a loyal customer for many years I’m very disappointed to have to write this review. I came in to have my usual last week when the manger came to bring my food he smelt like alcohol, I paid attention to him when I noticed he was slipping tips into his pocket as well. I sincerely felt bad for these hard working servers.I’m truly saddened of this behavior and this not only shows HIS character as a human and manager, This also shows a HUGE amount of character about what Garcia’s as a company trusts to lead what could be a wonderful restaurant with values.

Not all Garcias are created equal trust me..This one never fails always on point an cooked fresh, never have been disappointed with any of the plates we get which is usual breakfast an lunch ?Our kids also love the food, they're Chile is not that hot it's more for taste.Definitely recommend ? this location an the original location on central an Rio grande.Kid-friendliness: Make sure you get change in quarters cause If the kids eat all they're food an act good ? then we take them to the chicken egg machine that they have for a suprise toy or candy ? ?

The food tasted good, our waitress provided amazing service, but there was a ROACH inside the sugar shaker at our table!!!! We showed it to a server and they said, "Oh gosh, don't eat the sugar!" Disgusting. Will not be returning.
Usually go to the San Mateo location but was in the north valley. Stopped in for takeout. I absolutely love eating at Garcia's. We used to get the fire fighters special every Saturday when on duty at the other 4th St location. The old man always greeted us with a smile. RIP pops. Your kids are proud of you. Best sopapillias in town ??
The family and I stopped in today to enjoy a nice brunch. We were greeted by a nice young lady who also became our server. The food was very good, the ambience was nice, and the price was reasonable. Just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady, Lianna, She made it a very enjoyable dining experience. We will now start requesting to sit in her section every time. We would highly recommend this restaurant to people looking for an authentic new Mexican cuisine.
