We have always had good luck here. We love the fresh burgers. Sadly, today's order was a series of mistakes! We ordered bacon on my burger and fries to share. Susanne wanted the large side-order green chile ranch dressing for the fries. When the server delivered our meals, we mentioned the missing fries which she gave us free. At that point, we decided not to pursue the other two missing items.As my wife said, once you get your hot food, who wants to get up again?! You suffer in silence. We'll just be more careful to review our order next time.P.S. Someone needs to clean the tables after diners leave. The tops were grungy.Thanks.Parking: Big lot

Food was nowhere near how it used to be a couple months ago burger was dry and when asked for a bacon cheddar burger was given a burger with no bacon and instead asked and it was put on the side. The veggiebowl was very salty, I suffered with swollen extremities for hours.Not healthy at all.Vegetarian options: The food was too salty.

It was just meh to us. Got the green Chile Jack bowl and Bacon cheddar burger combo with half regular fries and half sweet potato fries. They were VERY small hamburger patties to begin with and then half of them both were missing so it probably totaled an 1/8 of a pound burger which is teeny! Fries didn’t have any seasoning or salt on them so they were tasteless. Honestly the burger tasted exactly like a Whataburger but a 1/4 of the size. The menu sign says they have diet soda products but there are not any fountain drinks that are diet soda. They are pure cane sugar drinks which are great for those that can drink sugar. $32 for the teeny tiny amount we got and for a beverage we couldn’t drink- pretty disappointing.

Turkey Burger with cheddar cheese is delicious! The patties are always fresh and they have great customer service. My only feedback which would make this a 5☆ franchise is the option to add turkey bacon.Updated as of Feb 17th, 2024 Grassburger no longer carries Turkey Burgers Tf?! Chikfila serves grilled chicken club sandwiches! I'm so upset, like I am heartbroken.

My husband and I went in at 818 pm waited for a family to order in front of us. By the time we finished our order it was 826 pm to be told we had to take our order to go. The cashier told us they stop seating at 830 pm. I asked her if she would allow us to sit being it was three minutes till? She told us it takes them an hour and half to close and they close at 9 pm. We attempted to reassure her that we would be gone by 9 pm to only be told no. I will not ever return to this establishment as staff is rude. Super unfortunate being that we enjoyed their food.

Went in to eat with my 3 kids tonight, ordered my husband a to go order and in the rush and bustle of getting kids fed and out of there I forgot my husband’s order. The general manager called me 30 minutes later to offer me a refund for the order I Forgot! They did not have to do that but it made my night! We will be back to this location for sure! Thank you thank you thank you!
