I went to pick up my order at the Menaul location. The server verified I had the correct address and told me that they had a rough night and never received the order. He assumed I was a delivery driver and told me to tell the customer that the food was stolen and to refund the order. I asked if they could start the order now and he blatantly refused and said to just refund the order. My boyfriend went inside and asked to speak with a manager. The balding server with no name tag stated that his name is Daniel and there was no manager present to speak to.

Had breakfast with my Mom, which was delicious. Service was also good. Our server, Henry, was very pleasant and efficient and took care of our every need. He deserves a nice big raise.
Parking: On the south side of the building and handicap ♿️ parking on the east side of the building. I'm not sure of how many spaces there are.
Wheelchair accessibility: An easy flat surface entrance at the door and a ramp indentation on the sidewalk for wheelchairs ♿️.

expensive! I ordered the grand steak ommlet, and it was peppered with some dried steak on top and the omlet itself was filled with potato. For $15!!!!
Location is pretty run down, food was not horrible but definitely mediocre and very low quality ingredients. Our bacon tasted like it was left over from the morning rush and they just tossed it on the plate. Waitress was attentive and friendly so no complaints about her at all. Hostess barely says a word to you and isn’t friendly, was also walking around with a lollipop in her mouth…kinda nasty. The rest of the staff are nice but overall not a great experience. Bathrooms are also pretty gross. It was not worth paying $55 including tip for two people. You’re much better off at a Denny’s.

Mexican music blaring from the cooking area , no regard for the people eating , very distracting when i said something to our waitress she just smiled and rolled her eyes, Chicken fajita omelet was great, wait very long and have to ASK twice for drink refill ! Very unpleasant experience.
Everything I have ordered from this IHOP call my husband delicious. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The servers I have had have been excellent. Very attentive, professional, efficient, and friendly. I definitely recommend this IHOP
Vegetarian options: There are specific options that are vegetarian and delicious.
Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten-free items and some non-dairy items
Kid-friendliness: My kids are all grown. However, I do notice things like the papers for the kids to color on, things that they put up on the wall that the kids do, they have a children's menu which I almost ordered off ones because it's a nice little menu. I feel it is very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking as close to the building is you can get. There are double doors in the front to accommodate Wheelchairs and walkers. The restrooms are also handicapped and disabled friendly. IHOP is also very accommodating about removing chairs for wheelchairs and also put your Walker in a location where you can see it but it is out of the way if you're interested in that. They really try to accommodate handicapped and disabled.
