Server was awesome!? Atmosphere could be updated a little/deep cleaning needed. It's looked the same for so many years. But I came here to eat so that's besides the point. Food was good, Finished off my whole plate. Prices were decent for a lot of food. Overall a good experience. Would def eat there again.

They were apparently one of the last I HOPS to open, after covid. So it was EMPTY. but the service was great and food was good like always.

Place was dirty and in need of repair. Server was meh. They did not have the fruit garnishes for our $4 drinks. Food was good.Having worked in good service for over 20 years, this place screams that it needs leadership.

We came this morning 02/24/24Soon we got in and I can see their eyes the girl not even said good morning she said I will be there but with her bad attitude I see the workers in the kitchen piss only the lady smile to the girl who was in bad day and what she did twist her eyes and head I said no way let’s go she it’s in a bad moon I don’t want somebody who it’s going to serve me in a bad moon feel sorry for the people who it’s cooking working with somebody like that not sure what happened but they should be nice to customers no matter what so we left

So myself and family ate here yesterday and today I have 2 separate transactions on my card one for my purchase of $40 and another charge of $80 for a purchase or tab that wasn’t mine! I’ve been back to the establishment spoke with a manager made a claim online as well as called the corporate number to no help or avail to me. My server was Jennifer also the one who made the extra charge on my card and the manager I spoke to was Ferris who did nothing to help me out. So I will keep contacting corporate etc until I get my funds back as well as an apology. Neither management nor corporate have reached back to me about a resolution. I wouldn’t recommend dining at this location and normally would be mindful of my own business when I saw cooks and cashiers kissing and fraternizing during our dine in but since this experience here has been so “ghetto” we’re going to tell ALL.

Food takes forever to be cooked and by the time its done itll sit on the bar waiting to be served even if the building doesnt have a full house. The place has a weird smell to it some days and the staff doesnt take the best tone when serving you. The best part, if you work there, you work on call. You'll never get a full schedule so most days when you get called in youre more than likely to be late. They'll happily fire you the same day you put in your two weeks. Their fries are also too salty.Wheelchair accessibility: This is the only gopd thing about the place

No pancake syrup on tables. Waiter said they are Not Allowed. Had to ask for them. Waiter gave us silverware on paper bag but no napkins. Restrooms had NO toilet paper. One door in Women’s room did not lock properly. Service was ok; had to continue to ask for coffee/ water refills. Employees also told me NO AARP discounts. New owners said No More Discounts. Trash outside front door. Employees don’t care because management does not care about them. Coffee cup had lipstick still on it after being washed. Will NOT return.
