The waiter was great he was very friendly I didn't even blink an eye when I said I want crispy or bacon he went took care of it right away with a smile on his face and he said is there anything else and I said no you got it and the waiter was severely friendly and neat and clean we felt our glass water glasses were dirty so he took them back and he brought us clean glasses with Crystal Clear ice in it you know that ice is filtered so you know we really had the best and the breakfast...read full review
I have come to this location several times. They are always pretty empty so the wait time is never long and always several available seating areas. Which all seem to be fairly clean and well stocked. The waiters have all been pleasant as well.

IHOP is not what it once was as a restaurant chain but the pancakes...the breakfast...is still a reason to keep going. It's a delicious as you remember it. This location may not be in the best area but the inside is warm and inviting.
