Had an unfortunate customer service interaction with 2 impolite employees but have to say that I was called promptly by the General Manager afterward and he was very gracious and I felt that he was going to re-train to help teach the kiddos how to learn from their mistakes. Food is ALWAYS amazing and fresh at JJ's.
Jimmy John's is a solid place to stop when you want a quick sandwich. Staff is friendly and quick to serve. The food isn't gourmet by any means but it's tasty and gets the job done. JJ's is staying towards the top of the list when deciding where to grab a quick sandwich.

Good Sandwiches, but the slowest JJ's I have ever been to. I have not once been 'freaked' by their speed. The place is always clean and the employees generally decent.
