Worst experience at a KFC I've been to EVER. The line was a little long but I was willing to deal with it because I assumed the food would be good. I assumed wrong. When I ordered the lady asked if I was ok with a 5 minute wait for the chicken which excited me because I assumed it would be fresh! Guess what, I assumed wrong again! I pulled up, paid, and was handed the food under 5 minutes. I should of known it was going to be bad at that point. I get home and the chicken is as dry as Albuquerque itself. The potato's was dry as well! At least add some more gravy if you know it's that dry. Will never come to this KFC every again. The only thing good was the biscuit. Which comes dry so I was surprised... This place needs new management and should be tested for how clean it is inside...

Went a few weeks ago. The bucket chicken had tiny, old dry pieces and we paid twice than the time before. We'll get our chicken somewhere else. Don't go here!

It's KFC and Taco Bell, you know what you're getting yourself into. This one is pretty quick and they've never messed up my order. I'll grab food from here again.

Sunday, May 22, 2022 around 5 p.m. Drive-up location on Gibson close to the airport.Will not use this location ever again. Chicken batter was dark, dark brown, but soggy not crispy. (I did not order extra crispy, and I have no idea what you would call this anyway). Chicken over-cooked. Definitely been left to stew for hours. Three people at check-out, but service non-existent—they were having too much fun by themselves to be bothered with customers. Zero stars. Poor everything.
Didn't place all of order in the bag and gave me the wrong type of chicken. Spent almost $60, never going back. The crew is incompetent when it comes to taking, making, and delivering the orders

One of my favorite kfc spots, besides the bad rating I've alway found it to be a great location. I came in this past Tuesday for the chicken fried steak that's on special. The tables and lobby were clean, friendly staff. I got some computer work done while eating, and the table I was sitting at was clean enough to my standards to justify opening my laptop. Yes, like most places it was given to me in a to go box but was welcome to sit down and eat, I didn't mind. I enjoyed my meal, food was hot and tasted delicious. Thank you

I went right before it was about to close and I'm ordered 2 pieces of chicken as a meal and also the family box from Taco Bell ? and they ended up giving me a WHOLE BOX of chicken verses only a few pieces, that came with the #1 that I placed. So it was pretty cool if them to DO "THAT"
