Today my husband and I went for lunch. I went up to pay and gave the cashier my card. Their credit card system is updated. The reason I say this is because it was Applepay system. She kept the screen facing her direction (the cashier). She asked if I was leaving a tip totaled the ticket out and handed me my receipt. I said I didn’t add the tip yet? She said oh I thought you said add 20%? I understand the economy is down and times are tough but it concerns me someone takes advantage of a situation. How many other people has she done this too? I’m assuming the server splits their tips with their cashiers? ?????. I don’t mind leaving 20% I want to make that clear it was the fact that she took it upon herself to add the tip. This is not a 5 star dining experience

Place looks dirty. food was cold. the service sucked. The wait staff were all hanging out together not caring about servicing the customers, the guy that hands out the chips kept touching his nose. We used to love this place but since the dad past it has went downhill seems like the staff has gotten so comfortable they are slacking for sure.
