This place is awesome. The chef provides a variety of excellent Mexican food. We're talking steaks, burritos, tamales, even gorditas. Why not try the chimichanga plate? Not like any other in the ABQ.Mexico Verdad ??????????

Los Primos just got started, then Covid hit. Yet the family persevered by pure grit and perseverance. Their building has become welcoming, and their regular customer base has grown, and continues to grow. It has all the advantages that come with a mom & pop operation. When we came in today, pop, also the cook, called out from the kitchen "how're you doing?" And mom, at the counter "don't mess with me today, I'm frazzled:" it's like the name implies: Los Primos - the close family. And the food, fresh, home made, authentic Mexican. Good! I'm glad they let me in.

I love this place. The food is consistently good. Great Mexican food at a great price. Dare I say it is better than Little Anita's, or Garcias, or just about any other Mexican place in the 505? It is reminiscent of the places down in Juarez, El Paso, and Las Cruces. Hands down fantastic.

Delicious, fresh, authentic family owned restaurant. I ordered the taco plate with asada and pastor meats. It was delicious! The salsa tastes homemade, chips right out of the cooker.

My wife and I are driving from CA through NM and found this place on yelp. These are some of the best tacos I've ever had! The customer service here is awesome, I recommend this to anybody driving through NM. 10 out of 10 (We got carne asada and pastor tacos)

Food is very good across the board. Nothing standout special but plenty to like. Atmosphere is standard dated former fast food chain turned low budget mom and pop shop. Service is genuinely friendly and concerned with you having a good experience. Prices are very good relative to what is delivered. Asad tacos were excellent. Had the enchiladas been just a little better, this would get a full five stars. Still worth me making another trip to check out other menu options.

Tacos taste flat. Not even cooked fresh. The tortillas were cold when served. Chicken tacos sucked! So dry! If you wanna save money, do NOT EAT HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SHAME TO ALL MEXICAN GRILLS....

Came here for my lunch break, had a coworker recommend it to me. Amaaazing food! The restaurant itself is clean, the kitchen and the back looked spotless and the customer service was amazing!! Food came out fast and fresh. Yum, def gonna be coming back. Delicious Chile Rellenos!!!!
