Tried steaks fingers and chicken fingers.They were the best, they can't be any fresher than this. Beef was tender and juicy, but the green chile gravy was the best compliment to both fingers.I will definitely be back for more.

Spent $51.00, got two macs double meals and got no fries and it took 38 min to get my food. Food was cold service was horrible and no answer when i called back for the fries. I ordered at 725pm and it felt like i was an inconvenience to them. NEVER COMING BACK AND I UNDERSTAND WHY EVERYONE TELLS ME ITS HORRIBLE FOOD AND TO NOT EVEN. BOTHER. Thanks?

Every time we have come to eat the inside closes earlier and earlier . Last week 8 pm today 6 . So confused. The prices have gotten outrageous. Almost everything has doubled in price . I don’t think I will coming here again . Sad , now I know why Rio Rancho closed . They came out tried to collect the money before delivering food right after we ordered. I told them we would pay when we get our food . She said we would be waiting 35 to 45 mins . That it’s always been that way . I explained that I have been coming here since I was younger and have never waited that long. She then changed it up and said she is short handed and no one wants to work . ? I wonder if the owner knows this is how their business is being ran ?

It was my first time trying this establishment and I’ve heard nothing but good reviews but unfortunately I got my order taken by someone who was obviously having a bad day. Yelling at me while taking my order and when I asked a question she yelled at me again. Good food but I will not be returning as the customer service was less than satisfactory.

Went to Mac’s on Friday evening, pulled into the stall pressed the button didn’t get a reply in the machine for well over ten minutes.. the double rough diner is now $22 and some change.. the fries were cold and the steak fingers were barely warm by the time I received them. Didn’t get cold slaw or a fork with the diner. All in all I wouldn’t return to this location. Poorly managed and way to expensive for the lack of quality that is being provided.. used to be a great budget friendly spot for the familyParking: Plenty of stalls taken up by cars not dining or eating there.

Never again , what a rip off , i ordered a 4.99 bean and cheese burrito and a 2.49 small order of onion rings , i got a tortilla with a smear of beans, a small order of onion rings is just that , i got 6 small onion rings !NEVER AGAIN !

Something of a mixed bag. I've been getting Mac's taquitas for decades. They are easily one of my favorite fast food items and are fantastic. However, Mac's has raised prices over time so that my order now costs twice what it did when I started going there. In fact, it has now gotten so expensive that I probably will not be going back again. Almost $24 for six taquitas and some chips and salsa is just too much, considering that I can get a steak dinner for less at a sit down restaurant. So overall: Great food but terrible value.

It's a nice restaurant but the price for what you get is not worth it. If they're going to charge for a meal like that,they need to give a drink for free or extra food. Democracy is out of
Got there around 7. Told to go to drive thru, no problem. Ordered two original roughs. Response no Cole slaw. Do you want an extra roll or extra fries. Asked for the roll. Asked for chips and salsa, said they were out. Didn't get food until 730. Got no extra roll got no scallions. Fries were not cooked enough, steak fingers were really really not good. Flour, I think was all inside and not cooked. You pay too much for this. I agree with another review. Go to Mac's La Sierra!

Pretty excited I just came here because it looked like a cool small diner and I ordered a double cheeseburger with green chili and I substituted the fries for onion rings and got a chocolate shake instead of a soda. Chocolate shake is really good but I have a car service here, or you can stand at the counter, place your order and then have a seat.The young lady that took my order was very pleasant
