There was actually someone at the counter to take order AND I was actually greeted by a employee within about 3 minutes of being there. I'm sad to say it...but that's waaay better than it's been.

Everyone here is incompetent. Go to Wendy’s instead :)I tried to tell the dude in the drive thru that my sandwich literally was DRIPPING in ketchup and that I’m allergic and if I could have a different one or a refund for it and this is what he told me. “We don’t do refunds and I’m not on the clock soooo” like why tf are you answering then?I asked him to put someone else on who can help me and he said “my manager said jo and that your burger is fine” WHEN? They literally refused to even look at it /:Why would I be telling you to look at my the wrapper filled and dripping with ketchup ? Whatever.

Have actually done several reviews on this. McDonald's and said I would never go back but unfortunately we all know how that is. It has been several months I went back and there was no changes. Still the same rude staff forgot to give me my french fries. Asked to speak with the manager and unfortunately she did not seem to understand me so I left without another item that I have paid for

I paid $2.14 for an ice cream corn. They seen I'm clearly an adult and they made it very small so since they were penny pinching that much I left it on the counter for them. Should've went down the streets to Baskin Robbins and got a decent amount of real Ixe cream for what I paid at McDonald's on Central and Rio grand.

After 9 pm is drive-through only. I get it if you don’t want people use the dining area, but why can’t I buy anything just because I’m not driving??? It’s literally just some staff taking orders from a machine. Why does it matter if I’m driving or not?

You should not have a sign advertising that you're open during regular business hours when you're not or put a sign up on the door making it explicit.

Missed two items on my door dash order. When I called store they put me on hold for 30 mins so I hung up. I called my credit card company and had them reversed the charge. I recommend other customers do the same (contact your credit card company) if they do not provide you with what you ordered (whether its in store or take-out)
