This trip was very disappointing, they didn't have the mushroom/chicken so my son and I ordered the broccoli beef,,they should've just said broccoli because they're was only 2 little pieces of chicken,, uugggghhh,,

I pulled into the drive thru placed my order and was told it would be a 5 min wait for one of my entrees. I agreed and pulled up to pay, after paying the girl at the window tells me to pull around and park and someone will bring my order out to me. I waited 20 minutes and then decided to go inside and see what the problem was, I tell the cashier the situation and h hand him my receipt he grabs it out of my had rolled his eyes at me and walked away with no explanation then comes back to tell me they were going to make it now. I asked well what happened? And was blown off finally I asked for a manager and there’s not one there of course. Save your money and time there are much better options out there. This location is a joke nothing but bad service when we visit and after this we will not be returning.

Update: 10/4/23 - after 8 months, thought I’d give them another chance. Unfortunately, 1 star is still more than they deserve. I got there at ~10:50 AM thinking the food would be fresh and, therefore, have a chance of being good…but, didn’t seem very fresh. Had the Bejing beef, fire roasted chicken, and chow mein….it was terrible. Service at the drive-thru was Rm terrible too. Too bad. Won’t be back.Could it be any worse? NO. Out of three entrées “for the night”. They still had almost 2 hours to closing. Wow!And, what we did order was lousy, old, and cold. Won’t be back to this location!
