I’m originally from PA, I came to New Mexico because of the Air Force. I was feeling a bit home sick today and decided to give this place a try. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. The steak was very good and the bread was exceptional. I also got the fries that were super crisp and delicious. I am so happy that I found a place that reminded me of home. Will 100% be going back
A decent Philly cheesesteak in Albuquerque? How is that possible? Turns out Philly's is a place where you can get an excellent cheesesteak. I had the OP and it was fully flavored. I think the bread is a little different from the original but I also haven't been to Philadelphia for many decades to make an accurate comparison. The fries were excellent, as well. I hope the business will be here for a long time.
No mistaking what you will get here. ? Service was fast and very friendly. Served fresh and hot. My wife doesn't eat meat so one of the reasons we stopped here was because they had a plant-based option. She was very happy with the impossible steak sub.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Philly. I don't know if it is cooked on the same griddle as the animal protein.
