Swung by Prosum Roasters on my morning walk, and was not disappointed; the coffee is fantastic. A very small roasting company (I think that's "Boutique" in the lingo), they have a tiny coffee shop in the front of their business. They have many blends to choose from for their pour-over offering, or a couple different roasts readymade. You can get your beans in a reusable jar now, and with luck, they'll have just finished a roast so it's literally fresh-roasted and fresh-ground...read full review
I LOVED this business! We were on our last day in Albuquerque and stopped in for coffee. Delicious! Large menu, fair prices and the owner is fabulous! She was super nice, knowledgeable of coffee and fun to talk to. Definitely recommend...wish she had a shop in Chicago also!

Thank you for world class coffee, service, and place recommendations for some travelers looking for activities. Some of the best cold brew I made came from the Espresso roast this place offers. Definitely will be back for more.
