Our server Jackie was amazing! Very attentive and courteous. Not once did we have to wait for our drinks to be filled and the food was promptly delivered. She made our anniversary celebration great. Thank you so much for making our evening special.
Last year, we took my Mother here for Mother’s Day and had an amazing experience. Tonight, we were looking for a place to get a “great dinner”, so I suggested Seasons. We went and I could tell that they were short staffed. Our waitress was very friendly and seemed on top of things, but after our initial drink order and then app/dinner order we didn’t see her again. Since we were seated across from the bar and our drinks had been empty for a while, I went to the bar to reorder for our table. The bartender refused to serve me, even though I said I would pay him directly that our server was obviously overwhelmed. He still refused. Eventually, our waitress returned, apologetic. That’s fine. Our meal came out,. I had the steak & lobster, which was “ok”. After I finished, I went outside to take a call. This was 9:55PM, they close at 10PM. There was no hostess to warm me the doors lock and when I was done with my call, I couldn’t get back in. I knocked politely, for several minutes as staff looked at me and ignored me. Finally, I knocked louder and louder knowing that staff kept looking and ignoring me. Finally, a “manager” opened the door slightly and said “yes?”. I explained my group was inside, he didn’t want to let me in. I got annoyed. When you are spending over $400 for a dinner for 4 you expect a higher level of service. He obviously only managed an IHOP as I had to argue with him to get access back inside and pay my bill. I can’t believe a manager can be so rude to customers when they charge such a premium and deliver mediocre service. “Javier” is what he snidely told me his name was with a horrible smile as if daring me to complain. I can honestly say, I will NEVER return to this restaurant again. I can forgive short staff, servers that are stretched thin (again, this is managements fault) but I can’t forgive a restaurant that hires such a rude, horrible manager that treats customers who are paying a premium for mediocre service with such disdain.

Excellent service, consistent food (and we order the grilled artichokes EVERY time we visit!) great salads with a choice of protein and a great outdoor seating area make it a must for every trip we take to Albuquerque.
Usually our experience is great ..but last night was awful! The high tables for 2 have moved from a quiet area in the bar area ...right next to a large table for 8. Well that table of people was SO loud, right next next to the high tables for 2...that we couldn't even hear each other! I did speak to the manager, he was cordial, as was I. And he witnessed the really loud table right next to our table for 2. I love going to Seasons 52 but for an early dinner, about 4:00..this was the most disappointing and won't do it again.
After eating here today I say have to change my opinion. You were one of the top 5 restaurants that I eat at regularly. After today have to say that service has slipped badly. No refills on my iced tea, no check back after getting food, had to ask to remove appetizer plate, was aked" you don't want dessert do you"? Always have had desserts presented at table and never had to ask for refills
Waiter needs more training!!!!!!
He was wearing colored lenses glasses. Sorry - too many other restaurants in Abq to try.
Update - I ate here 2 times in last 2 weeks. Both times were outstanding food and service!!!! I saw the same waiter from my previous bad experience so I was glad he was not my waiter!
Update - Again everything was very good! Had the new fall soup and it was great! Keep up the great work!

Our server, Faith, was on it! Never did my wife's iced tea go empty. The food was amazing. We were made to feel wanted. It was a great feeling. A small waterfall/fountain greater us at the door and we were treated the second we let go of the door. I loved it!

Great experience! Lisa was a great server: knowledge, friendly, prompt and and friendly!
The salmon salad was delicious. I subbed arugula for the red peppers due to allergy and it wasn't an issue. The roasted corn flatbread that Lisa recommended was on point!

The food was great, and the restaurant's design was very nice. However, it would be nice if non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., iced tea and sparkling water) were listed on the menu. The staff was too casual for the price point—long-sleeved black button-ups would be more appropriate. The hostesses were dressed like Harley Quinn from Batman and were exceptionally unprofessional. They weren't the best first impression.

I was really hungry while out and about but have food sensitivities, so eating out can be a challenge. I had the Avocado Toast and Mahi Mahi Tacos. Just perfect and delicious. The service was amazing. I'll definitely be back.

The waitress was great!! But the kitchen dropped the ball and it took about hour and 15 minutes for the food and we were literally the only ones in the bar at the time. UGH!! Food is just OK. I was a little surprised they didn't even offer me free dessert. I was in the restaurant business for years and I personally would have comped the meal.

Hostess, said I could not do a Togo order.
I checked online and it seems I could. I don't know why she wouldn't allow it.
It was around 8:35pm Tuesday September 3rd.

This was a beautiful experience! Our waitress was spectacular! The food was good but for the price I’d prefer to go elsewhere! My lobster tail was not very tender and definitely on the smaller side! Third turtle and key lime deserts were killer and small but real it’s a good size desert. The lobster bisque was delicious! My husband’s lamb was tender and tasty just also a small portion! The environment was more of the end of church attire. Some people were in casual wear but for the most part people were dressed up.
