The lady with the accent, I was looking at the menu at the end of the store and she yelled very loud CAN I HELP YOU? I said not yet!! She said LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUR READY, I said ok I hate to be rushed when I’m looking at the menu!!!! And then to be yelled at!!!!! Omg , please teach these people how to treat their customers with respect!!! Just cause they’re from another country doesn’t give her the right to treat people like this, please take care of this asap,, very unprofessional!!!!

I will never come back to this subway again !!! The worker is very rude and the main manager of the store doesn’t know how to get her workers to do there job . She will encourage there bad behavior it’s the 3rd time I come to this subway and the lady is rude she seems like she hates her job the whole crew in this subway is bad .I wouldn’t waste my time on bad food and bad service .

The lady with the thick accent was rude since the moment we walked in the store. She was complaining about somebody struggling to get out of the parking lot with a U-Haul.After she trashed talked that old lady she decided to take our order however she wanted. She refused to put double cheese or extra green chili on one of our sandwiches (we were fine with the extra charge) she said the green chili was “only 2 scoops and that’s that”As I begin typing my phone number on the pin pad she rudely told me to “stop doing that” she had an awful attitude towards every costumer that came in after us.She was also training a young boy and was treating him very poorly. She was talking down on him and treating him bad in front of costumers. She was telling him things like “hurry up” “do it right” “figure it out” with him not saying a single word back to her. She seems to have very poor training skills or any skills of that matter. She should definitely not be in charge or training or let alone the establishment itself.

The door dasher accidentally forgot to bring my sides and when I called the store explaining the situation with missing items, and that I was sick, the subway employee actually brought me the missing items. Even though this was a DoorDash issue ( the dasher wouldn’t respond and their reporting missing items feature on the app doesn’t work) this store made it their mission to extend excellent service!

You guys charged me almost $12 for a $9 sandwich. The inept worker at the register could not figure out how to charge me for a BLT due to a computer update...so he told me he had to bill me for a veggie add bacon or I couldn't get the food. If you guys are going to let children work the cash register at least teach them how to use the cash register and not make it standard practice to overcharge your customers. The kid working laughed at the notion of inputting the price manually.... This really the best you guys can do?

Pretty annoyed, tried to order sandwiches via the app and had our pick up time for 902pm and said the store was open until 930pm. Turns to find out the store is already closed and I was charged and never got any sandwiches. A pretty annoying experience....

We just went there, the place was empty and the only employee there, a guy. Was very rude, my father was making a phone call to ask my sister what she wanted and he already knew, so the employee pulls out a pen and paper and tells him to write it down, my dad says he doesn't need it, but the employees says "I won't do the phone thing" my dad says "I m not giving you the phone, I m telling you" and he says it again " I won't do the phone thing". We left without ordering, I apologize for the words exchange from my dad since he was irritated by the service and the employees attitude and we left, not recommended.

The staff were friendly, conscious, and cared about making the sandwich right. The produce looked fresh, at 8:30PM, too. Not much more to ask for out of a Subway. (I will note though, they appear to close at 9PM, as opposed to 9:30 like Google Maps says.)

You need signs that state that your company only takes cash. And at least tell you before they make your sub's. Was very disappointed not everyone carries cash. Put some SIGNS up to let the customer that you only take cash. I was a very good customer, now I'm not ever going back to any of your stores.
