I placed an order online, I was late to pick it up but I was at the restaurant before they closed at 9pm. They had closed early so I was unable to get my food which was paid for. The next day I tries calling the number listed to see if I could get the food that day, it was the wrong number and didn't work. I drove to the store to speak to someone, she was rude and told me i wasted their time and money, by not showing up even though it was paid for, she told me " so what, we closed a few minutes early. It was actually at least 8 minutes early and had they not, I would have gotten my food. She refused to help in any way, I'm unable to reach corporate through online or any other means. Subway needs to honor their listed open and closing times and learn to have a little more respect to their customers. I was nice to this manager the whole interaction and she was extremely rude. It seem subway doesn't seem to care.Edited due to ridiculous owner response*Even though you said you would contact me, you never did so how do you know if she was rude? She also told me she would check camera, I encouraged her to do so, she acted like she did and then admitted they closed early, saying well yeah we closed a few minutes early, so what? There were customers in the store that heard this. I clearly didn't walk up to the door of a closed store, I was in thr parking lot before 9pm, which is the time you say you close. I couldn't contact the store as your number listed, it doesn't work i tried multiple times, did she tell you that too?. I live out of town which is why it took me 4 days to get back there, but you don't know these details as you didn't care to contact me at all. She was very rude to me and I'm not going to explain all the ways how since you choose to get on here and defend a situation you don't know clear details on. Defend rude employees that tell a customer it's their fault for wasting time and so what if we closed a few minutes early. I acknowledged i was late and how i tried to resolve it, you guys closed ewtly end of story. Had you not, we wouldn't be here. But i will go on every platform i can and tell what you did now because this ia ridiculous being treated this way. By how the owner responded, shows the majority of these Google reviews are fairly accurate for this location. Go to any other subway but here folks they will lie and not care!

So yesterday when it was all ladies everything looked good the veggies were fully stocked. Today it's all gentlemen and while I would like to say that the gentleman have won. Veggies are half stocked looking questionable.

I am so disappointed with the inconsistency of the subway chain stores in Albuquerque . This store is located on Juan Tabo & Lomas . We were only able to order a limited amount of 3.thin slices of bell peppers on a sandwich. When I asked for extra and was willing to pay, the manager explained that corporate will not allow customers to order anything extra even if we pay for the difference or if I got back in line to order a side and pay for the items separately ! Simple math tells you the company would make more money charging for extra vegetables, right ? I’m a willing customer ready to pay for extra vegetables. At first I chalked it up to a possible language barrier with the manager , but nope ! She understood clearly. I felt like I was in an old fashioned elementary cafeteria being served by rude cooks who hated their jobs and took it out on the children. What a joke ! I bet the manager, her friends and family get extra vegetables. Lol ? time to get all the fresh vegetables from the store and make my own sub sandwich. We rarely eat out and this experience just reminded us exactly why we don’t eat out anymore.Dietary restrictions: I never knew you could be restricted from ordering and paying for extra veggies lol

The staff was very rude. I ordered a 6-in onion chicken teriyaki and I could not even pick up the bread because it was so wet. Also when she was pushing the ingredients onto the bread the bread broken half lengthwise. The quality of the 12-in sub was also substandard. To me it has been a total waste of my hard-earned money.

I’m only giving one star because that is my only option. Customer service was terrible. The employees were rude undermining and I will not ever return to this location. My 13 year old, 8 year old sons and I attempted to grab dinner from this location yesterday late afternoon. Upon entering, my son asked for the code to use the restroom. He was addressed by a female employee who was working behind the counter. The female employee stated that we must buy food in order to use the restroom. I intervened, and informed her that he was with me. I was his mother and we were there to purchase dinner. I then asked if he could use the restroom. She responded by asking me which bread I would like, I asked her are you serious? My son needs the restroom and she said OK what would you like to order? She then accused me of becoming aggressive so I grabbed my children and I took my business to another subway on tramway and central. The service there was amazing nothing like the one I encountered at this location. There was a man who looked highly intoxicated, potentially under the influence of some type of drugs, or even maybe not alive outside the front door. He was laying on his face and on my way out. I informed them that there was someone outside who would need an ambulance and that they were focusing on the wrong things. The male employee shouted out goodbye have a good day! I proceeded to leave this location, and told them I would be going to another subway. My recommendation is customer service training on all levels. I feel that in Albuquerque there may be a potential cause for this type of treatment. However, I was there to spend my harder money on some nice good subway for me and my family and it did not go as planned . I am happy, however that I did leave and go to another location because I was treated very nicely and very kindly there. They handled my food with care. They let my son use the restroom without bothering and harassing me about what our order was prior to giving him the code, and had amazing customer service.Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old was in shock by the way we were treated and my 13 year old was embarrassed by the harassment he experienced just because he needed the restroom. Not a place I would take my kids to again.

Food was fine. Service was absolutely terrible. Whoever the guy working on 9/13/23 @ 3PM was EXTREMELY SLOW…it took OVER 20 minutes from the time we told him what bread we wanted to the time we paid. Keep in mind, we only got 3 sandwiches and 2 of them were the exact same…I really don’t think that should take over 20 minutes. One guy behind us even left because the employee was so slow. If I would have known it would take so slow I wouldn’t have come.

Went in to order a sandwich, I wasn’t even half way in the door before an older women looked at me and said “we are closed” she was very rude. The door wasn’t locked and it did not say we are closed. Very bad experience. Do better.

I was just went up there for second time and had some one be rude to me I ordered an Italian BMT. I asked the lady lady to cook the bacon for me. She didn’t even do it. She threw it on the sandwich then I asked, can I get spinach on and she told me no you can’t customize it no more either way she didn’t have to be rude about it ,and she should’ve listen to me when I told her to cook the bacon that I want it on my sandwich and make the sandwich the way I want it because I’ve been to every other subway in that hasn’t happened yet.

Manager is rude. Ordered a 6" and changed my mind and made it a 12" instead, the rude manager told I couldn't do that and she was still going to charge me for two 6" subs because she had already cut the bread. I was ordering more subs but because of her rude attitude, I walked out she lost out on three 12" subs which she had already made two. Now lost my business forever. I will never go back to this location. Now I go to the one on Manual. Mean people suck. She needs to go.
