Was able to make it tonight, and I really enjoyed my meal! (Sumo roll) I’m not one to leave a review, but the energy on the line, the food quality, the MUSIC! It was pretty chill honestly.

Sharing what will be my last visit to sushi freak experience.Wasn’t sure they were even open, Saturday afternoon. The Open sign and tv menu boards were all off. 4 staff working, no one ahead of me, and the guy taking orders didn’t speak. No “hello” just looked at me, and he nodded at best to my asking, If I could place an order, and then what that was. I asked for a Yellow Dragon as a burrito (it was served as a roll, disappointed)What the unforgivable sin for a sushi place- bad rice.Both items I ordered, the rice was Half cooked.If they can’t do rice right. You’re bad at business.

Avoid this location!! The one in uptown far surpasses this one. I moved to the other side of town and this location is the only one that offers delivery near me. I have tried to justify why I spend TWICE the amount of money at this location than the other and get a worse product. Looking through the reviews it seems as though the owner does not care due to the extremely overwhelming one star reviews! I don’t understand how you justify price gouging your customers for a product that is no where near as good as a sister location on the other side of town! Also if I pay $20 for a bowl of nachos I would expect that my special instructions be listened to, I asked for no salmon on the nachos and it feels like I was trolled due to the pure fact there was ONLY salmon on my “ninja nachos”

First time trying this place .I ordered a California roll .they were nice enough to take out cucumbers due to my allergies and offered to substitute .I asked for recomendations and they recommended carrots .It was delicious! I then ordered miso soup and spring rolls . They were also very Delicious. All in total i spent $14.00. Great service and great food .Will be eating there again!!!

They put zero avacado in my California roll if I go back I’ll never tip. And the rice is hard this place went downhill quick do better at hiring or go out of business

Absolutely amazing! My expectations were surpassed the second I stepped in, the Halloween decoration and the wonderful service I received couldn’t be matched! And for the cherry on top, the food was delicious and each ingredient was extremely fresh! They are more then deserving of my very first review! I’m looking forward to more great hospitality and delicious food!

Absolutely a let down. We spent over $80 on a to go order and tipped nicely. We really thought this chain restaurant couldn't be that bad and man, were we proved wrong. So sorry to have to write this but I hope the owner of the franchise realizes how weak the service is, how tasteless the food is (maybe I was unlucky?) and makes some changes (?) though I have no idea what they could do.Next time definitely sticking to a real restaurant if in the mood for sushi rolls. Good luck.

I normally don’t post reviews but last night we ordered from Sushi Freak which was a disappointment because when my husband and I ate our sushi burritos there was something off about both of them. The tuna in my Fistbump burrito tasted like it had gone bad and my husband couldn’t finish his because the ingredients he said tasted weird like none of it was fresh. I was having the worst stomach aches last night. For $40 I felt like I spent it on food poisoning.

Food is amazing but service sucks. I've been there three times just to see maybe it was a hit or miss but every time the employees did not greet, were surprised when I asked for sauce to go with it. And are not friendly at all. Made the environment unwelcome. Will not be returning.

I've had better gas station sushi than this place. Not only was everything extremely overpriced but it was tasteless. It looked great but it didn't taste like anything. The entire restaurant was filthy and the staff were standoffish and unenthusiastic.
