I don’t know who works here but these people are either utterly dumb or they are super lazy, I ordered twice from this place and they messed up my order both times, and I’d get it if they were missing like one thing from my order or replaced it with something else on accident but to literally give me nothing I ask for on both orders is just crazy, it’s not like I ordered like 20 min before closing , this place stays open for a while, so it’s just like how smart do you need to be to make a Taco Bell order

I spent $50 on my family dinner. We were missing a bean burrito and pulled everything out showing the young man at the window. He said he had to handle all the food himself and reached down to the vehicle to grab the bag. We didn't feel comfortable with him touching all of our food, no gloves and he"adjusted" himself while we were waiting for our food. We asked for the manager and a female wearing a necklace that said "Anaya" told us it is their policy that they have to take all the food and look through it and then said "do you want your missing burrito or not?!" We asked for her name at that time to make a formal complaint and she said she's the manager she doesn't have to give her name and called us "Dummies" and closed the window.It makes no sense that I would spend $50 then attempt to get a free burrito.Very disappointed in this visit. Will not going back to this taco bell.The one on coors by I40 is much nicer!Only good thing about this visit was the food was great. Kudos to the kitchen staff.

The Taco Bell side of this restaurant sucks. I ordered delivery and did not receive one of my orders of chips and cheese, the cheese for my 2nd order of chips, 2 orders of nacho fries and cheese sauce, an order of black beans for my daughter, and there were absolutely no sauce packets in the bag. Not to mention the cheesy roll up for my daughter wasn’t melted at all, it was just cold, shredded cheese inside of a cold tortilla.

Taco shells were wet on the outside of the shell and falling apart, like they had the food sitting there pre-made. nacho fries were ice cold and asked for no tomatoes on the 2 chalupas I ordered each one had about 20 pieces of diced tomatoes then 2 beefy five layer burritos which asked for no beans and they only gave one and I live a block away none of my food should of been cold or soggy last time I go to this location they have never got an order right they will fix it for you but by the time it's all fixed took a hour for 2 nacho fries boxes and they were not even busy with 4 workers sad can't even get fast food correct or within 15minutes

How are you gonna screw my order up argue with me about it and then try to charge me more?? And then I just said let me get a refund and you bring the manager out to argue with me. I’m being polite as, and you wanna argue about, it,? I don’t have time to be waste in a drive-through because y’all can’t listen and then just straight up argue with the customer. Bad attitude, bad service and I’m sure the food would’ve been just as bad dodged a bullet.

"A Disappointing Visit to Taco Bell"I couldn't help but notice the lack of freshness in the food; it was a letdown compared to previous visits. The rice, in particular, was undercooked, affecting the overall quality of the dishes. It felt like they have previously prepared food and just microwaving it again.Moreover, the drinks were a major disappointment. Instead of a refreshing beverage, they tasted like sugar water, lacking the expected flavor and balance. It was quite a departure from the enjoyable options I've had in the past.Taco Bell has been a go-to fast-food choice for me, but this experience left me unsatisfied. I hope they can address these issues and return to delivering the quality and taste I've come to expect.
