Just got my grave yard shift and just wanted a quick bit to eat. I rolled up at about 8:10am granted the business had just opened as it says on there door open at 8am. I tried going through drive through no one answered, I tried going inside after that and by this point it's 8:20 and the doors where locked. I get it being early but there's 2 employee cars in the parking lot and no one to help that's a joke would give this place zero stars if I could.

the guy at the drive thru on Saturday night at 12:30 was very disrespectful and rude and gave us attitude. we wanted to do two orders and he just was rude and gave us a disrespectful attitude and said i wish you did it back there all rude. Don’t go here!!!

Worst Taco Bell ever! Had multiple occasions where I was talked rudely to through the drive thru by some guy. If you don’t order within a couple a seconds, you’ll get “are you even going to order?” The staff there are so awful! Will be going to the Unser location for now on.

Got my whole order wrong, Kevin was super rude and would not help, filed multiple complaints online with no response, will now go thru corporate , do not go here, worst Taco Bell ever!!
Service bad & food even worse. Everything I ordered was 80% lettuce 15% bread and 5% meat. I get more full eating their hot sauce packets.

Guy at the window on 12/27/23 at 2 am was extremely rude and had an attitude. I had ordered through the app and once I arrived he said they didn’t have any nacho fries and said he didn’t know how to go about that. Didn’t offer any replacements. Wasn’t able to guide me through how to cancel my order and said I need to find a way to do it myself and to get out of his order line to stop holding up cars behind me (when there were absolutely no cars in sight and I sat in front of the order screen for a min max). Even after the unnecessary attitude I was given, I still said thank you to him and decided to drive off instead of saying something. I went to Whataburger instead of reordering at Taco Bell and their service was top notch. THANK YOU Whataburger employees!! This isn’t my first time getting bad service at this Taco Bell location so I finally found the need to make a review.

We don't come here for the ambiance or even the *quality* of the food. It bears a minimal resemblance of Mexican food(in names only). But it's fast. All things combined I don't have a lot of expectations when I come here. Meeting them is good, going above is a bonus. This visit couldn't make those low expectations. Minimal human interaction - placed our order (3 tacos, 2 burritos - 1 with extra onion) & paid at a kiosk. Pretty simple, idiot proof. Above 5 mins later our food is brought up to the counter. Let's find a place to sit - all the tables were in dire need of a wipe down. We cleaned one and sat down. Opened my burrito to add hot sauce, no extra onions, actually no onions anywhere. Employee response - we are out of onions. Huh??? Oh well there went my low expectations. We finished and left. Probably never to return to this location. And to think I had thought about bringing my own onions!

Eveerytime I come here and order a taco, and burrito simple, but when I open up my grub, its like they did the people's elbow on my taco it's all smashed and caca. My burrito never has red sauce or the extra onions either. Bruhhhhh on God homie I always ask for extra Diablo sauce and they always give me plain mild. On God I feel like quitting my job just to go work here cuz fam they don't even know how to do nothing on God homie I'm finna just go out my gyaaaat dam way to del taco over on Montgomery where it takes 2 hours to get to. Fam gotta do better and bless up homie
