The worst customer service ever. Tossed our drinks luckily my wife got them. no greetings nor any communication just pay and oh hey give the wrong food as well .. if the guy in drive thru is in training he can learn hell of better or find another job you aren't dealing with the

I came here today, like I always do you would think just because this is on academy that it would be better, we all thought wrong. I asked for a beef and cheese burrito only to be met with that they didn't have it. Like how long you been working here, I always get one or maybe it was just too windy, then ordered 5 crunchy tacos to be met with the price and wasn't allowed to finish my order. I get up to the window, to finish my order with frowns and like I was in the wrong look I understand customer isn't always right but I also ordered cinnamon twists and got less than half a bag for full price. There has been other occurrences, where we've been treated bad at this place butI will not be coming back here. I'm done being your garbage just because you live on academy doesn't mean you need to treat people badly I mean after all you are working at taco bell not some big corpo desk job

Will not be back. This is the second time the receipt machine was broken? I don't want to have to ask for my receipt she said she refunded it at one machine and then she gave it to me at another it better turn out that way on my credit card that's all I can tell you. I think it's very unprofessional when the manager calls you honey and sweetie all the time. I'm not a honey or sweetie I'm a person asking for my receipt and I feel it really strange that twice in a row they did not have the receipt machine working.
