Why is it so hard to get sauce packets it should be mandatory to add to every bag. Food would have been good if I had sauce packets when I asked for them. Stop pinching pennies when people spend the money. It is so messed up I used to work at one in Las Vegas NV. This place is embarrassing,

The staff was very friendly and treated us like we were important yo them as a customer. The food, it was just slapped together and probably the worst crunch wrap I have ever had. They also forgot to put one of the items we ordered in the bag. The line for the drive-thru was fairly long, so I had to go inside. They did give me what we were missing with no attitude and apologize.

I have gone here enough times to write a review. I have gotten the wrong order multiple time, also have just not gotten parts of my order. This place always takes a long time. I assume they are short staffed which I understand. I think this is almost one of the worst taco bells in Albuquerque. They need to pay there employees more or get better management, not sure why they are this bad.

Night time Crew has not been stellar as of late. Have tried ordering the chicken chalupa supreme 3 different times over the course of 2 weeks around 9-10pm and with each time the chalupa shell would be extremely dry and overdone ruining the whole meal. It isnt worth going back to wait 40 minutes in the drive through when there is only 4 cars ahead of me to get a refund.
