I felt bad as I came in just before they were closing. They were very nice, took my order promptly and our sandwiches ready quickly.Both sandwiches were perfect.This was our 3rd or 4th time here and have always been pleased with food and service.

I've eaten here a few times, the food has gone down hill so far I had to leave a review today. Got a 6" spicy Italian, to have the server smash the uncooked bread to cut it. The ingredients look old and gross, they are not covering anything like they should be when there not using it. The worsed sandwich I've ever had here. Pity it's the only place in town to eat at lunch???

This is in the Lowe's Food Market and it's a chain fast food. It was exactly like every Subway we've ever been to and met all our expectations. The service was better than we expected. The hours were convenient, the food was good, service was fast and friendly. They don't take any Subway coupons. It's a good place to stop in for a quick sandwich.

Went here two days ago and there were no less than 20 flies in the seating area. I asked the cashier for a refund because of this and she went to get the manager. The manager came out snarky and told me that's just the way New Mexico was. The girl that prepared my sandwich had a lousy attitude and was saying the F word to another employee regarding me not wanting to eat a fly infested sandwich. The manager did refund my money but she clearly did not want to and thought I should eat it anyway. The employees clearly don't give a crap about the restaurant, flies, food or customers. Never again. The owners of the grocery store need to overhaul this subway too to bottom.

Why do they give coupons out if they are not taken them! Thats false advertising I live on a fixed income.

Woman with face filled with apathy took my order 945am 1/15/22. Her assembly of my sandwich in front me made me feel like less than a human and more like a dog whose owner held some sort of resentment towards it. She was practically throwing things around. Would have said this to her face but it was obvious that she wouldn’t have cared so I’m writing a review. Get some help that can act like they care and I’ll come again.

Says they close at 10pm walked in at 6:40pm just to be told they close at 6pm. Even tho the hours were just updated a week ago according to google. Disappointed.

The website said that they closed at 10. Placed my order at 7:40 and it went through. Then got a call saying they were getting ready to close and were out of most of the things on my order. How could they be when they were still open for 2 hours and 20 min.
One should apparently (in my experience) understand that since this store is inside a Lowes grocery store, the employees of said store are expected to take the place in front of you in line without explanation or even acknowledging that you exist. If one does speak up, one is told that "they work here". I'll leave it there since that's all the explanation I got.....

Would love to have found out that the previous reviews were off. However they did not have bread. Tricky for a sandwich shop to operate without bread. They were unconcerned. :(

Visited late on 6 July 2021 and then again on the afternoon of 7 July. The sandwiches were actually pretty good both visits. However, service on the evening of the 6th was some of the worst I have experienced - anywhere. The lady treated us like a huge annoyance. The ladies working the next day were awesome.
